We arrived to a dirty unclean house. There was a massive hole in the kitchen ceiling which was very unsafe and unsettling especially when having to teenage boys away on a trip away from home!! The house was not cleaned and was smelly. The washing machine was on when we arrived, the cleaning cloths were dirty.
