"Nice Self Help Apartment"
As we made reservation in early May, we were disappointed for the management placed us in basement floor and we felt unsecured of burglary from basement windows. The apartment was self help. No on-site staff located in the building, "cleaning" staff may show up during the work day but we only found she did once room cleaning during the entire 5-day stay. Toilet flashing was out of order on Friday. Called emergency manager on duty has no answer on Saturday, Sunday and until we checked out on Monday. Parking garage is quite small, it is difficult to park midsize vehicle. You have to unload your baggage from the garage and walk a steep stair to the back door. We appreciate the manager on duty waiting for us over several hours because of flight and traffic delay as we drove from Edinburgh to Glasgow.

"One night stay perfect place"
I stayed here on an overnight business trip, this hotel was perfect, I ate from the bar menu, the food was great, well presented and very reasonably priced. The staff were attentive and friendly. Breakfast was also great in a lovely room. Would recommend and will go back again.

"Proximity to Braehead Arean"
This hotel was chosen specifically because the literature states it is 2.4 miles from Braehead Arena which turned out to be a complete nonsense. It was in fact £15 for a taxi and took around 15/20 minutes to reach the Arena. Considerable additional expense was incurred in getting to and from the Arena and we are extremely disappointed. The literature should be altered to show the truth. Also the literature suggested a continental breakfast was available on request and this was not true either. Instead the literature suggested a 10 minute walk to a cafe to eat!

"Convenient to the centre"
A large apartment. It's getting a little tired but is perfectly adequate. There is virtually no service as it's one of those places without a reception that's open. That said, it's only a phone call if you have any problems (I didn't have an iron but got one sent up in about half an hour). They're good at sending you reminders on how to get into the hotel and how to get your keys from the key safe so make sure you have this.

Great location and apartment had nice high ceilings. The hallway/stairway to get to the apartment is quite tired and could do with an upgrade/change and it had a damp smell. Apart from that everything was great.

"Excellent location shame about the standard"
Great location although discounts on parking would be appreciated. Nice large apartment but spoilt by some of the fixtures and fittings being of a poor standard. Given the location it was relatively quiet. The absence of front office staff is problematic although staff in the cafe try to be as helpful as possible. However given the price I was satisfied.

"Very comfortable place to overnight."
My regular for overnight stays in Glasgow. Comfortable and friendly. No other services other than breakfast but if that works for you then it's great.
