Parking

Parking was off site and difficult not knowing the area. Lots of one way streets. A map would have been nice. The parking voucher from the hotel did save us 12£. Only paid 10£ There is no luggage drop off location in front of the hotel had to find a parking spot and no assistance with luggage up a flight of stairs into the hotel. Location is good and excellent room and breakfast.

Great location but

Pros: Location
Cons: Staff
Location: Restaurants ,underground easy to get to ,shops ,pubs.
Great location for city centre,stayed two nights room hadn't been cleaned when we got back at 4.45 meeting friends at 6 no clean towels .complained wanted us to use another room for a shower then go back to our own room? Just asked to move altogether .could here the noise outside so closed window not much better then the room was stuffy put air con on too noisy .aaah when asked about the stay the person checking us out wasn't interested and gave us a bill for someone else totally egnored what we said.

Good location, however did not get requested room and placed in a wheel chair accessible room which made utilizing bathroom and shower facilities uncomfortable. Also rarely any staff at the front desk.

Centrally located

Pros: Central location. Good breakfast
Cons: Turn the heat down in the hotel. Fix the fire alarms so they aren't set off by steam from the showers. Change cleaners monopolising eleator.
Location: Very central and easy to get onto motorway to get to airport.
Fire alarm went off at breakfast apparently steam from showers set them off, not the first time this had happened. Cleaning staff completely monopolised one elevator in the morning. No parking available to unload and also so that we could have a visit with our friend who drove us to the hotel. Rooms very nice also hotel, but a pain with all the fire doors especially when manhandling ones luggage Liked the location.

Convenient place to stay right at city center

Clean hotel located directly downtown

Pros: It was clean and the staff were accommodating and friendly.
Cons: I understand the reason for saving electricity. However, when the key card comes out of the wall I think the air conditioner should still work.
Location: Awesome location, right downtown and walking distance to everywhere.
Everything about the hotel and location were great with only two exceptions. One was that the air conditioner turned off when the lights turned off. The other was that the water pressure in the shower was less than ideal.

Decent & centrally located

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and the hotel is centrally located in the city centre, near the subway and Glasgow Central train station.

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly, location was great for where we were going during our trip. The only thing that would have been better is if there was a lift to get into the hotel itself. 2 sets of stairs to get into main entrance is a little hard with heavy luggage. Breakfast options were good to start your day.

Hotel in downtown Glasgow.

First person we talked to on the phone was great, told us we could check in early as we got in at 8 am and check in isn't until 3. When we arrived at the hotel at 10:30, the male staff at the desk was quite rude and said he couldn't get us in until 3. Very dismissive and didn't seem to have time for us. We went back at noon to check again, and a female staff was able to check us in right away, and was quite pleasant. Also, fire alarm went off because of burnt toast before 8am, and whole hotel was forced to evacuate. Perhaps an update, or the ability to shut it off before an evacuation would have been in order.

Great place to stay close to bars and shops.

Very close to the station. Very friendly staff and clean, spacious rooms with the comfiest beds and pillows that I've experienced. I would definitely stay again. It was close to the station, shops and bars and restaurants were a plenty. I really enjoyed my stay in Glasgow which didn't disappoint. Thank you Park Inn Glasgow.
