Lovely city centre hotel. Exactly as advertised. Clean rooms. Facilities as advertised. Excellent place. Would definitely return and would certainly use their locations in other cities based on this experience.
Had a one night stay in this hotel.Quick and easy check in.Clean comfortable room with really nice smelling products in the bathroom. Only issue was that the info in our room said breakfast ended at 10am but when we got downstairs at 9:30 we were informed that breakfast had finished. When we queried this she said she would ensure the room info was updated and that she would only charge us for one breakfast as she wasn't sure how much food was left. There was in fact tons of food left so we had a full breakfast each and only paid for 1.She couldn't have been nicer or more apologetic!Great hotel if you are going to SECC or Hydro which are only 2 minutes walk from the hotel.Altogether a fab city break!
Arriving early we were delighted to gain access to our spacious and comfortable room. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and freshly cooked options available. Would definitely return for a longer stay.
The hotel is right next to the central station which is also convenient to the downtown area. It is 131 years old, but very fancy technology inside the room. The food is great. It is over my expectation.
we stayed two nights- would have been nice is parking were part of the fee, clean , comfortable , attentive staff, starbucks was closed . It was not quite as high end as anticipated but fine . Nothing else to ssay
