Laguna Garden Hotel is not near many restaurants or shops. Needed to rent a car to get around. Room is large. Beds are hard and uncomfortable. Not very many electrical outlets in room. Bathroom is small. Pool and public bath are nice.

The hotel is quite old but reasonably clean and I had a nice stay with ocean view room. I could see Yokohama Baystars camp from the window.

Not great
My stay was confortable and convinient however, the gotel cateeed to beach goers and not all guest. There was incovinices; no room service no stack refrigeration, laundry was expensive and not enough machines. Room cleaning was not done every day. Poor hotel management. For the price I wouldnt recommend it.

The property is dated and the mattress was very firm. It seemed more like a box spring than a mattress. The outdoor pool was only available from 8 a.m.-6 p.m. this was very inconvenient especially if you wanted to go for an early morning swim or an evening swim after a long day out in the heat. The breakfast buffet was delicious however, the other options for meals, the remainder of the day were very limited in the bar was only open on Fridays and Saturdays. The hotel should consider more food options and bar options during the week for hotel guests.

Very impressed with this hotel. It’s not in the heart of Chatan or any of the more touristy areas in Oki, but the quality of the hotel makes up for it. The buffet is also delicious. Really enjoyed my stay, will be back.

The outside pool was too shallow for adults to swim. Also the water was too warm. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice view. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Over all, our stay was pleasant but if you want to swim, I recommend to go to the beach nearby.

Staff was incredible, efficient, and very helpful with arranging drivers for our sightseeing. My only disappointment was the beds which were rock hard.

My main problems were three. First, services in English were very weak. Secondly, many facilities advertised, including restaurants and the bar, were closed due to Covid (but still advertised as present). Thirdly, the marble staircase has areas with no hand rail. One morning it was wet due to the rain and slippery. I fell head first down roughly 10 steps and hurt myself rather badly. THIS IS DANGEROUS,

This property is wonderful. We loved the location and peaceful atmosphere. The view was awesome. Amenities we wonderful. Got a massage while there and they were so relaxing. It’s a must do while staying there.

Nice hotel, but looks little old, some part where in floor and are not fixed, the pool is nice too but because of corona it was open only evening, the transportation is not fluent around, you can use a Taxi to go American village. nice for children and family.

I travelled with my wife, our 14-year-old daughter and our 9-year-old son. Our room was spacious with a nice view of the ocean. The swimming pool is free (most of resorts charge a fee) and opens from 7am to 10pm, the kids loved it. Laguna Garden is walking distance from tropical beach (which is small), there are lots of green area where the local kids come to play. Restaurants were good, hotel is clean, parking is free, and really nice staff. Close to American village and other attractions in Okinawa. I definitely recommend it.

The cleanliness and condition of the facility was comfortable. The staff was nice but seem a little confused at times around the cafe and dining facilities on to deal with customers during this pandemic. Maybe due to the pandemic, the facility hours of operation of the pool, gym, and other service was very unsatisfactory. Hours of operation was only in the afternoons 1430 to 2100 which is not convenient or accommodating

i stayed three nights here and it has been nothing but a terrific hotel for us . Rooms are very spacious with. A great view of the sea if you booked the sea view rooms . The restaurants are filled with all sort of great choices for breakfast . We love the location as well it’s just a 8 min drive to the supermarket, restaurants , and a sports stadium for kids . Yes like other would say I do find the design of the hotel alittle dated but it doesn’t bother us at all . Its a very very clean and well kept up hotel for its age .

I hate the toilet operation, unnecessarily complicated not for the convenience of the guest. The bathroom is terrible. You cannot take a shower or bath easily. This is the worst thing for the whole stay.
