It is a rare gem hidden in the mountains with breathtaking views. The property manager Mr.
Andrew made sure our stay was memorable. He helped us with the directions. He and his team work day and night to make sure we have tasty food for breakfast lunch and dinner and making nice dargeeling tea for us.
The property is located in the mountains with lots of greenery and small hikes to explore the tea plantations. Will definitely visit here again. "
"Very good hotel, the rooms are beautiful, and the view over the mountains are incredible.
Beds are comfy, the bathroom is good and there is a nice breakfast.
Location is not the most convenient, it's along the main road in middle Pelling, the restaurants tend to be more in upper Pelling although all hotels have their own restaurants. Then again Pelling is basically just a long road on the flank of the mountain with only hotels along the road. Not much to the place apart from the views of the...

"We chose this hotel for its colonial history and it mef all our expectations. We had dinner in their restaurant, and although the place was quiet (only one other table was occupied) the food was delicious and the service was excellent."
"Great location, walkable to the Toy Train. Many restaurants close by. The hotel was able to organise taxis and sightseeing trips. The staff were very helpful. The restaurant was very busy at breakfast but there was no shortage of food. Would stay again."
"Service, location, friendly accommodating staff made us feel like home. Kanchanjungha views from hotel view point.. outside some rooms, dining hall, outside reception.. everywhere. Gave some suggestions and feed back to the general manager who was very appreciative of the constructive feed back. Passion of the staff to serve customers is unparalleled and trickles down from the leadership of Debarya, who seems to talk about the resort like it's his baby. Doma in dining room, authentic Nepalese cells roti made fresh was cherry on top. Will be back.
