Garden House - Close to All Star Village, beautiful gardens, game room

"We had a wonderful stay at the Garden House! Dave was such a welcoming host. This house had plenty of room and was shared between two families of three. It was so nice to be able to spread out rather than be cramped up in a hotel room. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, and utensils for us to use. The bathrooms had ample towels. The property was beautiful and we were lucky enough to see a family of deer while we were staying. Thank you Dave and Anne for taking such good care of your guests!"

"Amazing property, perfect for our families, while watching our boys at dreams park. Only downside was only had WiFi capability no service in the location but not because of fault of home owner just secluded area."

"It was perfect!!! It was clean and neat and filled with dvds and games, (including Xbox) everything was easy to get to, the beds were very comfortable, as well as linens, towels etc. Plenty of everything I could need, all appliances etc that I tried worked well. Raymond was very nice and kind and easy to reach and get replies to questions from. I loved it, my cousin loved it, and my 12/13y/o twins (had birthday while we were there) loved it and said it was great and that I did a great job picking it! When tweens like it, it’s a winner! Thank you for everything!"

"We came to this property because of baseball in Cooperstown. It’s beautiful drive back and forth to all star village at around 18 minutes one way. The house was stocked with anything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The view from the back porch is incredible. We highly recommend this property!"

"Gary and Chrissy are WONDERFUL hosts. Property is relaxing. Amazing place to disconnect. Please beware, this is a working farm. You will be around animals. Including Chickens and Roosters. To my wife and I, this added to the charm of the place. The breakfast they serve as part of you stay is all fresh food from the land and delicious. Would definitely come back and highly recommend."
