The staff is very helpful. The location is the best you can get if you want to be in the middle of Meyongdong. The rooms in Seoul are small, this one felt larger. AC wasn’t working but it wasn’t that hot in October. Building is in good shape. The shower doors need to be closed, in Seoul most hotel showers are half glass so water gets everywhere.

It was really easy to check in and out with kiosk. Room was clean, AC was working well, and quiet around. Also it was within walking distance of not only Myeongdong but also Namdaemun Market and nearby subway stations, making it very convenient to get around.

"Nice room, very clean. Close to subway stations. Our favorite thing was the breakfast. Amazing variety of food, from pho to Korean food to scrambled eggs, toast waffles. Great experience, helpful bilingual staff. Would recommend this to anyone staying in Seoul."

"This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff and the accommodations were excellent. Rooms were extremely clean and upgraded. It is no surprise that JAL has their crew stay at this hotel. It is located in area with plenty of food options. Our next stay in Seoul would be at this hotel!"
