"Loved the views, authentic and comfortable cottage, lovely experience of Sicilian village life. May be difficult to access for those with mobility issues. Wifi would not connect. Single lane access and street parking not suitable for a large vehicle. Also make sure to access groceries before arrival as there was no grocery store in Savoca and breakfast was not supplied as stated."

"The location was perfect for what we wanted to do - i.e. see Mt. Etna and visit Taormina. The grounds are landscaped beautifully as the pictures show and the cabin is as small as the pictures suggest. As long as you can use the front deck, as we did, you don't feel too cramped. The 'buffet' breakfast must be something lost in translation. There was a jar of cookies and a basket of packaged pastries but that was it. "The apartment was very clean and a good home base for trips to Syracuse, Ortega, and to Taormina. It is a simple place but was well stocked and included coffee. Very secure. "
