Hotel breakfast was same during all 3 days, Food quality is OK Rooms were not cleaned, Lizzard oberved in Room. WIFI not working. Delayed in Check inn, check out process.

Rooms, bathrooms are dirty. Very old and not maintained. There were mosquitoes inside the room. Ac didn't work for my entire 3 nights stay when temperature was almost 40. Complaint about it couple of times but nothing worked out. Area around the hotel is not good and feels unsafe in the night.

Don't stay here. Find some other hotel
The person on the front desk was very rude. The rooms were not ready at the check-in time, and the front desk staff did nothing to expedite the checkin process. He made us wait for 45 minutes. And then alloted us a smoking room which smelled like cigarettes. The staff didn't even apologize once for the inconvenience we faced.

Firstly I booked this hotel looking at the reviews, it’s quite disappointing to see that they didn’t care about their customers at all. We requested for rooms next to each other, we had booked our rooms months in advance, when we checked in they gave us rooms in separate areas. There was no Hot Water for days that we stayed here, it was quite cold here in Delhi and it was quite frustrating as we are not used to the cold and all we requested was for hot water. It was not provided. We are throughly disappointed with the service.

Excellent value for money and gorgeous rooftop pool. Far out from the centre in a not particularly interesting area but that will be why the price is good for the value. Check in took a while.

Good Value
Check in was much smoother on this trip. Overall a good hotel for the price and the restaurant was very good. The grill is mediocre and waiters could not understand English very well. But will most likely stay again. The mall next door is very handy with plenty of good shops and a good food court. Hotel staff was very courteous and accommodating.

Poor check in
Arrived early morning. I had booked the day before so we could come right to the hotel after 24 hours I airports and flying. Arrived at hotel at about 3am. Took about one hour to get checked in. Hotel was fine and the restaurant was excellent. Restaurant staff were incredible and very attentive. Rooms were clean. Internet is slow but usable.

Nice hotel next to the Mall
Hotel is located right adjacent to the Mahagun Metro Mall. Good choices of restaurants and other general shopping stores in the neighborhood. The hotel staff is very attentive and takes extra care of guests.

A good money's worth, although far from center
It was a good hotel, but many thing in the room were "broken" or not working. The wooden floor in one of the rooms was cracked, most of the A/C outlets were damaged and the shower's handle was barely attached to the wall.

Very Bad Hotel
The hotel staff has a very bad attitute i complained Bout the doom condition they were leat bothered even one of there staff member told me that "you havr not booked tge hotel directly from us so i cant do anything about it". I wai shocked. When it came to the room We booked a sweet and i stayed in room number 805 the room was so bad WC sheet was brooken, water drain in thr baathroom was broken even very dangerous, there was no toiletries provided , no robe, no slippers , T.V. was not working properly . Even the size of T.V. is very small, same thing is with the bathroom very small you can,t turn inside the baathroom while taking bath. Now let me tell you about there breakfast, breakfast doesn't have much varieties and even there staff who were suppose to greet you were talking themselves. Front end staff is so bad that you can tell that they are not standing at the counter to provide service to customers but its seems like they are standing there as if they are under some punishment. Friends believe me if you are spending money and if you you need value for your money plz dont stay in this hotel

Went for conference. Comfortable stay though food was a bit expensive.
