"Very nice place to stay…great location. Truly enjoyed staying here…would stay there again. Thought it was a great place for the price.Description says it has a washer…does not. Yard is beautiful…lots of trees, bushes, flowers. Would recommend to trim rose bush on stairs…hard to walk through there especially with luggage."

"We stayed here as a family of 5 in August as a stop off while travelling through Iceland. The property was well equipped, clean and warm. Some lovely touches - hand drawn map for a hike in the local area, knitted headwear for sale, essentials (e.g coffee, milk) left in the property for us. The host sent some very detailed instructions to find the property which was helpful. Would definitely recommend"

"My wife and I spent our first night in Iceland at Hotel Gulfoss and could not have been happier with our choice. The location is perfect for visiting the attractions on the Golden Circle furthest from Reykjavik. Our room was large, clean, and well-appointed. The king bed was comfortable and had twin duvets, so there was no arguing over how much cover each of us needed. We enjoyed a delicious lamb dinner in the dining room with views of the spectacular landscape. The bar had a good wine and liquor selection. There is plenty of free parking. Staff is friendly and helpful. Great accommodations for one night or several."
