Its was not great. Day shift staff was rude, night shift was good staff. Complimentary breakfast had nothing. Sink leaked, tub wouldnt plug to bath infant. Room was filthy.

Person behind desk would not accept our credit card since it was not a Pennsylvania CC. I think it was because she said she couldn't understand them which yes they are of Latin decent however I speak mainly English and never had an issue trying to communicate with. Make your own assumptions but it is clear that my workers were not welcome. Super religious hard working and kind people and this property did not want anything to do with them.

I didn't like that I accidentally left a grey bath towel in our room bathroom. I called the next day or so to inquire if they found it. Guess they threw it away! Very disappointed!

Very outdated
This place was way outdated and totally not worth the price. If there was any other motels I would have stayed there. When I arrived I was flabbergasted about the condition of this place on top of there no cancellation or refund policy. You think paying almost $150 a night you would at least be able to watch Netflix on the TV and not have to get your own linens. Other than that the staff was nice, but that’s the only good thing I have to say about this place.

people in other rooms were noisy. do not get a 1st floor room. concrete is cracked on second floor floors and will keep you up all night. i had to switch rooms after 15 minutes.

The manager was friendly, but the breakfast bar is seriously lacking. It consists of a waffle maker, dry cereal, and packaged Hostess breakfast treats. Coffee was not checked and two mornings in a row I had to point out there was no coffee. Very limited seating (2 tables with 4 chairs) for eating breakfast. No room service is standard for the times, but they are very under- manned. I realize this is not their fault. I slept well, there was no noise problems, and for someone looking for a quick stopover for one or two nights, it would be adequate.

The staff was good. No room clean up or fresh towels for guest staying overnight. Bathtub was stained. Side chair was covered in stains. Took spread off bed to cover chair so we could sit in it.

Walls are paper thin can hear every noise! Can even hear someone using the bathroom on 2nd floor when on 1st floor. They permit animals and the smell of wet dog was very prominent in hallway during rain.

I found a roach crawling on the wall in my room by the fridge. I mentioned this to the manager who didn’t seem to care that much. For paying 100 for a room this was very disappointing

Normally you get what you pay for
I don’t expect much from a Super 8. But, when you pay $130 with taxes. I expect more than a regular Super 8. Our room had a damp musky odor that was overwhelming. Thankfully we got in around 10:30pm and we left in the morning. Breakfast was the normal waffle maker and cereal. It would have been nice to have a piece of fresh fruit for what I paid. Prices are getting out of hand that I won’t be traveling anymore unless I have friends that I can stay with.
