It's just a few steps to parks and ice cream spots and swimming, but not noisy at all at night. And it's also just a few steps from the railiroad station. Breakfast is at a cafe a few blocks away. That ight be a problem in cold rainy weather, but in August was fine, and the breakfasts were very nice. Happy I stayed there."
