He told us, he send somebody to clean but this happened at 6.00 afternoon. We found some place to stay the night and next day we got there, there was no key ! After this event, we rent someplace else and now we denand our moneyl"

"The accommodation was very good. We stayed for 2 weeks. The pool was very good and was cleaned weekly. My only complaint is the lack of clean bedding even though I requested it. Also, I reported a fault with the air con one of the bedrooms but nothing was done about it."
