This is a PSA, public service announcement. If you are black, I recommend not staying here. They are racist. I was tired of being asked do you belong to this hotel a s what is your room number. I al in a bi-racial relationship and my husband was surprised. The manager is rude, staff is fine.

Nurburgring trip
We got offered a room upgrade, so we upgraded to the suite and it was incredible, the room was really nice and it was nice to have a lot of room to chill in the room when we didn’t want to go out. It was in an amazing location for me to go to the Nurburgring too and good parking facilities. Hotel staff were amazing

Nürburgring Track Night
Clean and modern car themed hotel with air conditioning! Comfortable for our short stop for one night three people in each room with extra bed. Only odd attribute was shower open to main room lacked a little privacy for traveling with grandparents and children. Fantastic buffet in the morning with lots of choices for all!

Parking seems to be a surprise at the reception. Not being able to check in till 4 not convenient. But 11:00 checkout is problematic. We have fan walk at the races at that time, was hoping to check out later.

Great service from the front desk, the room was spacious with a balcony. Breakfast was great as well. However, where my room was located on the floor 1, the wifi reception was very poor. Management should look into improving that aspect.

Location of property is great! Just next to the Nurburgring building. There's a few restaurants nearby but is closed during my stay, maybe is off season. The room size is adequate but heating is insufficient or spoil. The staff brought us an additional heater to the room after under to get the room warm using its central air-conditioning. Breakfast selection is good.

Hotel rooms are spacious, modern and clean, great location for visiting the Nürburgring. Big bar, reception, restaurant area - the buffet breakfast was great. Noisy at night on one side of hotel, but this is expected when at the Nürburgring and people enjoying their cars. The service at the reception and bar was not great, it lacked a bit of politeness and the parking was a bit complicated - 3 different parkings with different prices and were not guaranteed a place in the one you paid for - we did not pay for parking in the end. Overall an enjoyable stay and we would stay there again.

Nice looking hotel but infested with bed bugs
Although the aesthetics of the hotel are quite nice, both my partner and I woke up covered in bites, all over our legs, arms, backs and faces. If that wasn’t bad enough, when we spoke to reception about the bites, they basically said it was impossible as they have sheets on the beds to prevent this, essentially calling us liars. This is despite them seeing us go to our room the night before, bite free, and then emerging with clearly visible bites on our faces and arms. My partner even showed them pictures of her back (covered in approximately 10 bites) and the sheets where covered in tiny blood spots, and black specks a clear sign of bed bugs. The receptionist didn’t really seem bothered and even said “apart from that was everything okay” then proceed to take the few hundreds pounds it had cost to spend two nights there. Fortunately we were leaving that morning so didn’t have to endure another night of being bitten but it made our 5 hour drive back to the UK extremely uncomfortable and spoilt what had been a great trip. It really wasn’t the experience or treatment one would expect from a 4 star ‘luxury’ hotel.
