"The house is nice and was fine. The listing shows there is a hot tub. When we got there it was empty. When asked the owner stated it was winterized and not available. He said it was stated in the listing. When I originally booked it was not stated that it was not available. He changed it after me asking how to fill it up. The cabin is not as remote as the puctures lead it to be. It is also a duplex, not a full cabin style home. Also, the lake is not in the "backyard". It is a nice walk to the lake, but it is not what is advertised. "

"The home had a lovely cottage, cozy rustic vibe. It was immaculately clean and a great location. It felt like coming home each day as we returned from the slopes. We loved the outdoor fire pit and the views from that area. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Beds were super comfy. I would definitely rent again. "

"We rented this property through VRBO and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.Upon arrival, the unit had multiple cleanliness and maintenance issues, including dirty dishes in the cabinets, a non-functioning dishwasher, black hairs all over the towels, visible dirt buildup on several windowsills, broken window screens, and crumbs on the floor and under couch cushions, etc. There were also additional maintenance and condition concerns throughout the property that we documented with photos and shared directly with management.While the company responded initially and stated they would notify housekeeping and maintenance, no meaningful resolution was provided during our stay. We requested partial compensation given the condition of the property and the price paid, but received no follow-up.For the cost of this rental, we expected a clean, fully functional space. That was not our experience. I would recommend confirming current conditions before booking and ensuring there is a clear plan for resolution if issues arise."
