"I need to preface this with the fact that I am not a picky person. I am all for crashing in a hotel without all the bells and whistles if I can save a little money. However, this hotel was horrible. I called prior to arrival to request an airport shuttle at 3:30am. I was told it was not an issue and to let them know at check in. Well, we arrived at 9:30pm and there wasn’t anyone to check us in. Then once they did come to check us in, they stated the shuttle was booked at our requested time so we’d have to go an hour earlier…2:45am…with two small kids and an infant. Ok. Fine. Next issue, I received a text message prior to arrival that said if I needed anything to respond to the text. I responded that I would need a crib. They replied that it wouldn’t be a problem. Upon arrival, I asked for the crib and was told they’d bring it up. We took our three kids to our room. On our way, a massive cockroach ran across the hall. Gross. By 10:30 we still hadn’t received the crib. Mind you I have to get up at 2:15. I called down and they said they were busy. I explained that I can’t go to bed until we get the crib. They said they’d send it up. They sent up a rollaway bed and said sorry we don’t have any cribs. What?!?! I absolutely will never stay at another Ramada in my life. "

"Airport Shuttle is non existent in real time. Never saw any in more than an hour we waited at the airport or in half an hour we waited at the hotel. "

"Clean, minimalist, great value, decent location. If you are looking for an inexpensive place close to the airport, particularly for canceled or missed flight, this is perfect. Handing out protein bars is a nice touch."

"This location used to be quite pleasant. However, my most recent visit was absolutely the worst. I pre-booked and paid so that my service Corgi would have no hiccup when we arrived. As we had car troubles and had been in the heat for most of the day. Im sure we appeared like some homeless bums but even still-The manager refused to accept my service dog even with the Service dog ID. Was attempting to charge my card for a $100 pet deposit that would be returned IF there werent any damages. Then, He had to call for permission from the owner which took a total of 45 mins after the uber dropped. An hour before check out-the power to the AC was turned off and when attempting to dial the office-no one answered. When I turned in the key and to get my receipt the lady said that she'd never heard of that and laughed in my face. Never again will I use this brand but especially this location"
