"Overall this was a good place to stay. However the signage coming off the motorway to the hotel was poor. This was also one of those ridiculous places where the power points in the rooms are nowhere near where you actually want them - ie, near the bed.

Cleanliness was second to none, so if that's what concerns you when travelling, then Eagle house is for you its spotless.
Andy and Helen are great hosts and very welcoming.
The town is just a short walk with some lovely pubs and restaurants to choose from.

Only slight gripe was that the iron in the laundry room wasn’t brilliant and took a while to iron a skirt. "

"I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were very helpful and attentive at all times. Breakfast great lots of choices. Dinner was excellent served ver hot . All the meals i had were very tasty and of good quality. The icream portion served with the chocolate was a bit on the small side. It needed to be a full scoop minimum ."
"Such a perfect stay. The staff are wonderful and extremely attentive, the room was delightful and we got a free upgrade to a suite. The food was delicious (especially dinner in the restaurant) and the spa was just what we needed.

Very helpful and excellent service from kitchen to front desk and the cleaner who helped open my door as I had so many stuff on hand. It’s a shame I didn’t get all their names. But all in all 10/10💯"

Despite no reception desk,check in and check out was easy and general manager Jay was always on hand with speedy replies to any questions and requests. The room was clean and modern with great amenities,it had everything you could need. Would 100% stay there again when coming back to the area! "
"Huge car park, free on weekends. Easy check-in. We arrived really late which wasn’t our plan & no longer serving food but Courtney (I think) was really helpful, grabbed us some plates & cutlery & pointed us in the direction of takeaway food. Room, lovely the bath was a huge bonus. Bed huge & comfy. Stayed at Coventry Village a couple months ago which was also great. Would definitely recommend & stay again."
