This charming 90 m² villa is designed for your well-being. With its 3 bedrooms, including one on the ground floor, and its bathroom with a walk-in shower, you will immediately feel at home. In addition, the two bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom with WC, for maximum privacy and convenience.  
The kitchen, the real heart of the house, opens onto a spacious living-dining room, offering a friendly and bright space where you can meet up with family or friends. Carefully equipped, it meets all your culinary needs, from appliances to kitchen utensils.  
  
Relax in front of the large flat screen in the living room or in the upstairs bedrooms. Your beds are prepared upon your arrival for a restful sleep.  
  
Our villa has a garage and a large enclosed plot of 3000 m² with terraces, garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue.
