The apartment is located on the second floor of the ancient Palazzo Pellicceria, one of the Palazzi dei Rolli of Genoa. The recent renovation, carried out under the directives of a well-known architect from Genoa, has preserved the characteristics of the time while providing the property with maximum functionality and comfort in a modern perspective. The building has a a gym, a relaxation area and a laundry room on the first floor, which are available to all residents and guests. The apartment opens onto the large living area, furnished with a double sofa bed, an armchair bed, a desk, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a closet and a desk. A modern bathroom with a shower completes the layout. \*There is a condominium laundry room in the basement of the building equipped with a washer and dryer available at an extra charge. \*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. Un bel appartamento ristrutturato e situato in zona comoda per potersi spostare facilmente a piedi anche se di sera ,vista la vicinanza al porto, non è molto ben frequentata.Grande pecca è la mancanza di pulizia.L'appartamento era pieno di polvere,la biancheria da bagno era macchiata e piena di peli e capelli.Le lenzuala sul letto erano piccole e anch'esse piene di capelli per non parlare che sul materasso non c'era neanche un coprimaterasso..L'assistenza al cliente è inesistente !!!Se avete bisogno di comunicare con l'agenzia non vi rispondono e se lo fanno con molta molta calma.Diversi giorni prima della partenza avevamo mandato mail e w.a.per sapere se fosse stato possibile anticipare il check in in modo da organizzare la giornata ma la risposta è arrivata solo il giorno prima. Abbiamo chiamato per avere supporto in quanto il primo giorno era molto freddo e ci hanno risposto che i termosifoni non potevano essere accesi ovvero vi erano due stufette da utilizzare peccato per tre stanza solo due stufette ed una guasta. Ho comunicato la cosa e non mi hanno proprio risposto. Peccato davvero perchè la struttura ha molte potenzialità ma si perde nei dettagli che sono quelli a fare la differenza. ##### Giuseppe D.
