Worth the money
Nice clean hotel, staff very polite, breakfast simple but sufficient only drawback is the tiny carpark. Not much close to hotel bit pizza bars

Good location close to beach.
Very average hotel with a very nice location. Room was small but bed was comfortable. Lacks soundproofing as we could hear the people in the next room talking. Elevator is very small and can only fit two people at a time. Hotel staff were very nice and helpful.

Nice big rooms.
This turned out to be a good surprise. I just reserved a hotel close to the expressway to spend the night. The hotel turned to be alright. Nice, big room, with all amenities, even if a little bit tacky in the decoration. Friendly, multilingual staff. Parking is detached from the hotel, but just one block away.

Nice balcony with beach view. Need to stand up to see (no chairs). Shower was smaller than my RV. Elevator was very small. Stairs to climb to go to lobby. (Problem if heavy luggage). Nice family own staff. Nice to talk with. Simple breakfast breads, sweets and yogurt

Fantastic Friendly Helpful Service
Rooms are not pleasing to the eye. Rooms are very small for family of 4. Area is horrid. Staff at reception desk is wonderfull, friendly and very, very helpfull! Cofee at breakfast wonderfull!

I did love this hotel. Its proximity to the sea and the beach worked for us even though we were only there for one evening. It was a bit of a ride to the sites in Genoa but, although we needed to take a number of cab rides, each driver was very helpful. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

hotel abbastanza datato in centro a Genova( vicinissimo ospedale GASLINI) che avrebbe bisogno di un ammodernamento. Per quanto riguarda colazione tutto ok ( abbondante) . Per soggiorni di lavoro puo' andare bene.

Esperienza positiva..hotel con parcheggio privato a poche centinaia di metri dal Gaslini...intorno ci sono ristoranti e pizzerie raggiungibili facilmente a piedi...10 minuti di macchina dall acquario...buona struttura in ristrutturazione...personale gentile e disponibile...buona la colazione con buona scelta di dolce e salato...

Hotel semplice ma curato. Personale cortese. Camere senza moquette, meglio così non si può nascondere lo sporco. Bagno piccolo ma sempre pulito. Parcheggio comodo. Reception non presidiata dalle 1 alle 7.

Grazioso e Pulito hotel a due passi dal Gaslini
L'hotel si trova a Sturla, a breve distanza sia dal Gaslini che dal San Martino. Caratteristico anche per la vicinanza dal mare. Buona la pulizia delle camere e la cortesia del personale. Colazione nella media.

Ny gjort kaffe till frukosten
Rumet var rent och tjerna i receptionen var mycket hjälpsama. Hotellet ligger nära strand, dock 6 km till centrum går att nå via strandpromenaden.Eller med buss. Kaffet till frukosten var något extra.

soggiorno pessimo..prenotato qst hotel per la vicinanza con il gaslini per delle cure a Ns figlio e per un problema con la carta di credito il proprietario ci ha buttato fuori al 2 gg con un bambino di 6 anni disabile con la sedia a rotelle, l.indomani pagato in contanti e neanche data la ricevuta, spero vivamente. che qualcuno controlli qat struttura perche primo un inconveniente puo sempre accadere ma l ignoranza del gestore lascia molto perplessi e spero vivamente qst struttura sia segnalata alle varie associazioni di categoria...di associazioni disabili e di associazioni Regionali sull operato dello stesso

La camera era pulita e spaziosa. Il check-in è stato veloce e il personale gentile e disponibile. Parcheggio gratuito e colazione italiana a buffet. Ci siamo trovati bene anche se il letto matrimoniale aveva materassi troppo rigidi,hanno dormito meglio i bambini nei letti aggiuntivi!

E' il mio secondo soggiorno in questo albergo. Tutto buono, la cortesia del personale, la pulizia, la colazione. Anche la posizione è buona, vicino al mare e con ottimi ristoranti nele vicinanze.

Breakfast was unsatisfactory. More on cookies and cakes which we are not used to. We have been to several hotels in Italy prior to this, and this is the poorest of them. I don't rate this hotel as 3 star. A bed and breakfast accomodation is much better. I Don,t recommend this hotel for that Price we paid.

Hotel molto carino e comodo di mezzi pubblici .
Abbiamo visitato i dintorni;palazzi molto belli lungomare.Campo di rugby "Carlino",fantastico, da vedere .Abbiamo assistito ad una partita,bravi i ragazzi del Genova che hanno vinto.Comunque anche la zona molto suggestiva.Esperienza positiva in tutto è per tutto.
