### Charming Cottage with Private Terrace, Garden, and Modern Amenities in Genilac

The cottage is located in a detached house, upstairs from the owners' garage, who live next door. The 56 m² single-story cottage was renovated in 2015, with a 100 m² private garden and a covered terrace. It features a living room, two bedrooms with a queen-size bed and a single bed (extra beds are available for families only), a toilet, and a shower room. For business trips, this cottage is limited to two people. You'll appreciate the setting and high-quality amenities, making it ideal for exploring the region or a business trip. Underfloor heating (heating is extra for the rental period from October 15th to May 10th), and sheets are included.  
  
The price includes: - Bed linen rental  
Summer utilities:  
\- Hot and cold water and - Gas for the stove  
The price does not include: Winter utilities (heating, electricity, gas, and water) charged at a flat rate (€7 per day in winter)  
\- Cleaning fee  
\- Tourist tax  
Single-story, bedroom and toilet on the ground floor, TV, Internet access, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, barbecue/plancha, extra bed, free linens, Wi-Fi, terrace, garden, house, private entrance, detached house.
