Outdoor hot tub jets were not working and breakfast Buffett food was not at all even warm have to say nothing but the best about our shuttle driver Jim!! He was fantastic !!

My wife and I spent an evening away for our anniversary. Our room was great, as advertised. Had a great dinner at Horizons, the service was excellent. Everyone was friendly and welcoming during our stay.

Your lodge was awesome. They did ask us if we wanted maid service and I said yes. The beds were only made up the first day and towels changed on a daily basis. Guess I expected the room addressed daily when they asked.

Valentine’s Day weekend trip, had issue with booking through Expedia, but the Lodge staff fix the problem themselves very accommodating. The lodge is beautiful rooms are spacious, and super nice! One of the better hotels I’ve stayed in for the price already planning on going back in the spring

Husband and I came for a romantic weekend. We had dinner at the Crosswinds just down the street and breakfast at the Lodge. It was a very clean room. Our biggest issues were that the heater would come on and was very loud each time and the thermostat was so bright it lit the entire room. The other most annoying thing was that there were kids running up and down the hall and banging on doors including ours. We just did not expect that from this type of a quality lodging. There were people in the breakfast dining room in their pajamas allowing their kids to yell and run around. We chose this place vs going to a cheap hotel thinking there would be some control over these kind of events. We tried to just overlook it all because we don’t often get a chance to get away. Maybe the next time we will try one of the cabin type rooms .

It is January so this is the Lodge's least busy time and we knew that going in; however, we didn't know the restaurant was closed as we are hoping for a nice birthday dinner and breakfast the following morning. The staff did provide dining options in the area and we selected Mary's Diner in Geneva, which had a cool 50s motif. Also, the water was at best lukewarm for the shower on the 9th. The pool and hot tub were terrific and we used them both days we were there.

I enjoyed my stay there. The only inconvenience for me was that the microwave was located by the vending machine. I suggest that microwaves be included in each room just the refrigarator is, or at least have some rooms with included microwaves which can be selected as an option.

Parts of one of the rooms my group booked had many dead insects on the windowsill and the bathroom needed a more thorough scrubbing, but overall we had a wonderful stay and will not hesitate to stay again!
