Very convient location if arriving by train - a 2 minute walk. Rooms were small but comfortable. Bed was excellent as were pillows. Did charge us 30CHF for early arrival which we didn’t understand or need. After talking with staff they did reverse it. Although the person that did the refund acted like it was coming from his pocket - very short with us. Breakfast is ok 29CHF. But food around is also very expensive.

Great location directy across from the train station. The staff was very nice. The room was very nice with great views of the mountains. The only issue is that the room was extremely hot at night - there was not air moving. We were told that the A/C is shut off at this time of year. We were advised to open the window. We were on the 6th floor right above a traffic light. We heard every car and truck that stopped at the light. We also heard people coughing, talking and yelling in the square below - sleep was unfortunately not an option. We loved Geneva just wished for a decent night's sleep.

Hotel is very nice. Room has large window giving great view. Conveniently placed in the city centre and near the train station - Breakfast expensive for what it is - The fragrance diffused in the lobby smells very cheap. It does not go with the standing of the hotel.

Had an amazing time during our 2 nights. The room and view was gorgeous. Special thanks to Lucia for advising us on the city and excursions. We felt very comfortable in city with her recommendations. Location was perfect, walkable to the lake and main downtown. Tram station right outside hence easy access to UN office. We would love to come back and stay here.

The property is old - the rooms have a lot of water damage and black discolouration in the bathrooms. Staff are friendly / cleaning staff are lovely. Just an aging property with very out of date washrooms.

what a perfect stay
We arrived for our son's wedding. We booked the penthouse for 4 people. The apartment, the comfort, the elegance were at the highest level. The hotel staff were kind, pleasant, full of goodwill. They went out of their way to help. The breakfast was always fresh, rich and varied. The location is excellent. Right next to the train and tram station, minutes to any central location. A wonderful experience.

I liked that it was walkable distance to everything a plus that it was just across the train station. What I didn't like is that the ac was not working it was hot in the room is set to a temperature that is too hot and you can not adjust the settings had to open the window and than it was too noisy to fell sleep.

Very convenient, especially for the train station. I would not want to stay here in summer. We stayed for a couple of unseasonably warm fall days and couldn’t cool the room down. The window opens slightly but lower rooms facing the main road would be quite noisy.

The room was small but correct. The terrace was lovely. The service was awful. Our room was not ready and we were referred to the bellman desk but nobody was there. Front desk said they were too busy to call. Had to wait nearly 20 minutes to drop off my bag. Requested the bags be brought up to the room when it was ready. This was not done. We had only one very small shower gel in the room asked for another one; it never came.

Perfect stay
Hotel Warwick Geneva was perfect in every way, we arrived on train from airport to the city center and hotel Warwick was right across the street. Staff was very friendly, and the room was very nice, we slept beautifully after a long day of travel! I would definitely stay here again!

Very dated interior, staff was constantly in the room. 1st cleaning lady (which is ok obviously :), then 30 minutes later someone to check the mini bar, then a bit later someone to check if the AC is working correctly? The shower head was connected with some malfunctioning or damaged flexible hose, which only let the water trough if mounted to the shower holder, otherwise it would get compressed and affect the water flow.

the hotel location is excellent and a block away from a major transportation hub. Plenty of restaurants around and depend on the room number and the hight of your floor you may get a beautiful view of the Geneva lake and fountain

Worth the stay even though room was tight
Overall enjoyed the stay and location was excellent with convenience of the transport services. Waking up to a wonderful view made up for the fact that the room was too small for 2 persons. I would definitely recommend staying there again

Loved our time at the Warwick Geneva
It was an amazing stay at the Warwick. We originally booked a standard room but we’re offered a discount on the penthouse room. We are glad we accepted the offer. The room is smaller but the balcony and view of Geneva were worth it.

Good property that just needs an update.
All staff were friendly and professional. The bar/restaurant only had one server between the two and he was excellent considering he was alone and had to cover many people. The restaurant dinner was good. The rooms need updating and are kind of small, at least mine was but it had AC. It worked OK but never got as cool as the temp indicator would presume. But it’s across the street from the train station and a quick walk to the river area and old town. I would still stay there again.
