Holiday Home 'Le Cottage - Gîtes De La Tournerie' with Shared Pool, Terrace and Wi-Fi

In a small hamlet of about twenty houses and in an old renovated farmhouse of 6 houses on 5000 m² of land, a 2-bedroom house on the first floor with bathroom, shower, wc.



Kitchen, living room, dining room 75m2 with wood-burning stove.



Fridge/freezer, cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine.



TV, CD/DVD player, Wi-fi.



Outdoor barbecue, table tennis, bicycles, children's games.



Fully fenced 15 x 15 pool with central island; shared by our 5 gîtes is open from mid april to mid september.



Private parking



Pets are permitted, up to a limit of 2 per stay. An additional deposit of 150e will be required from travellers bringing a pet. This deposit will be refunded in full upon inspection of the property after departure, provided there is no damage or excessive cleaning due to the presence of the pet.
