The room was a furnace !!!!!
On the first night 29/10/16 when we returned after dinner our room was stuffy and shockingly hurt , upon fiddling with the aircon switch and getting nowhere I went downstairs to complain and the lady told me she cannot do much to bring it down to cool level as other guests will start complaining , I enquired why and was told that since my room was in the old wing the heating/aircon was centrally controlled by reception and I had no control over it and if she puts it to my requirements other guests will start complaining !!
This was comical as I've never come across a situation where reception controls aircon and heating and my complaint and discomfort had no bearing because the hotel was more worried about OTHER guests !!!
Upon asking to speak to the night manager the lady tells me she was the night manager , shocker !!!
