Perfect location and really nice hotel. Description a bit misleading as swimming pool is at sister hotel just down the street which just meant it didn’t feel as accessible to nip for a quick swim. Our room had a bath rather than a shower which was a pain.

What a lovely hotel. It was so clean and modern and the hotel smells lovely. The hotel is in a perfect location and is close to lots of restaurants and is attached to a great restaurant/pub (whiskey in a jar) amazing cocktails and food. Would definitely stay here again and fully recommend it

Booked a family room for two nights got given a standard room on arrival even though I paid for a family. We ended up swapping rooms the second night which was rather annoying as I wanted to unpack and relax in one room for the duration. The spa is an extra charge this was let off due to room issue. Rooms are very pleasant and perfect location.

Some services are not included so be aware

Advertising is misleading as the pool and gym are in the sister hotel : Radisson Blue and there is an extra charge for it too. It should be stated at the start to avoid agro and frustrations for those unaware. So it is a false advertising. But overall hotel is in excellent location and there isnt anything wrong with it as long as you are aware that spa/pool/gym are not in the same building and there is an extra charge.

Nice location but experience was mediocre

Location is great and room size is good. No Do Not Disturb signs and staff was minimally attentive. No description of amenities was given and there was no mention of VIP perks (eg upgrades or discount on food). Overall mediocre experience.

The room was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable however the check in process was bizarre. Firstly, right before our stay I notice the hotel is listed as permanently closed on Google and it is not taking any bookings on Expedia. I message the property to confirm but there is no response - I had not received any response to any of my earlier messages either. On arrival, we find the building but there is no signage. We walk in and it’s empty, no people and no staff. We find someone and they tell us to go to Radisson Blu to check in. We walk to Radisson Blu and check in, everything is smooth and fine. We go back to Radisson Red building, find our room and that was fine. The room itself was spacious and clean. The bed was large and comfortable. What we did find odd was that there was only a bathtub in the bathroom. No shower. The bathtub did have a detachable head but it was very awkward and uncomfortable to bathe. I’m not sure why a room would only be available with a tub and not a shower. This was not disclosed in the booking. Overall our stay was fine. However if I knew I was in an unstaffed, empty hotel I would not have booked this. I had already paid so felt like I didn’t have a choice. It did not feel safe and especially as I would need to walk out to another hotel to reach reception. I also found it unacceptable as the listing noted that it has 24/7 staffed reception. Overall, I am disappointed in the misleading listing.
