Perfect hotel for people who are on a budget and are looking for somewhere to stop with easy access to the city centre. Nice clean hotel and rooms with a restaurant option on site.

The room was ideal as a base for exploring the city. It was clean and comfortable. Really liked that they have water stations throughout. Had little contact with staff so can’t comment. Location was everything.

Absolutely fine for weekend stay in Gdansk.
Good location ,not too bad a walk to center of old town, about 15 mins . Breakfast good room good , cleanliness good. Only reason given 4 stars is no kettle or fridge.

This is absolutely NOT a good value for money choice to stay in this hotel - too small room, no drinking water in the room, no tea or coffee bags, no stable WI-FI. However the staff are friendly, professional and helpful.

I stayed in the Radisson Blu the day before. This IBIS is one thousand times better! Because of the staff - friendly, organised and will help out. For example my power bank had lost its charge. The Radisson would not help the previous day “we dont do such things”. IBIS helped straight away. They are brilliant. Five stars, 10/10, awesome, outstanding, amazing - i run out of words. Modern and clean hotel in great location
Small but modern hotel in a great location. About 10min walk to Old Town, but far enough away from the noise of the tourist centre. There is also a convenience store across the road and a shopping centre 5 mins walk away. The rooms are small but clean and with plenty of power points. Shower is huge and powerful, with free body wash provided. Restaurant is good with vegan and veggie options and there is a nice bar and common area. Only complaint are the pillows which were very uncomfortable - no support so we did not sleep well. If better pillows were provided it would be a perfect stay.

Worth the money and great location to key landmark
Clean modern room,spacious bed and shower,basic facilites in room but plenty of facilities in reception and dining room and very cheap, only 2 downsides, lacking in plug fixings ,only 1 at one side of bed not the other,and an extension plug cube for table area. Other was no channel for english travelers,plenty of other nations channels after a day out sightseeing to help relax.overall a very satisfying stay and a very good cost within a good location a stones throw from interesting landmarks and shops with all the needs and wants.

price, location, design, all perfect but..... the shower faucet could not be tightened in the desired position, making my showers uncomfortable. also, disappointing not to have a minibar in the room... or a small empty little fridge... because there is space enough for it, under the table. the hairdryer was very bad quality,

Good place to stay
This is a really comfortable hotel in walking distance of the old town. Staff and service was good and breakfast was nice. Opposite a very nice restaurant and near to tram stops. 30 minute ride on tram to beach.

Won't stay there again
Bare basics of a room, bed, desk, one chair, that was it. No glasses, no lounge chair or sofa, no coffee, no English channels except for the news. The bathroom was nice and spacious. With plenty of various hotels in the area I'll stay somewhere else in the future and don't plan on staying at any other Ibis locations if this is what they are about!

It was last minute stay so was looking to stay close to station and this came up first as it is ibis is simple nothing fancy the rooms first impression is clean and tidy. When showering I notice shower head has quiet a build up of limescale which should bring attention to the Hsk manager room 337 also in the picture attached if the room will be 100% dark will be Brilliant however we tried and push the curtains as much as we can but the was still some light coming through means my sleep was not so great I would suggest to install longer cords so the room can be complete dark
