I arrived at 12 PM at the hotel.
Service a the desk was firnedly and efficient.
My room was locatd on the th floor. To my surprise, the elevator went until the 4th floor. Both the lift and the stairs stoped at that level.
I had to go back to reception to ask how to get to my room. After 7 hours of traveling, I could have missed this.
Beside this, all fine, nice breakfast and overall friendly staff, all speaking good English.

The hotel was an excellent choice as it was so close to the Old Town yet out of the hustle and bustle of it all. Room was clean and smart and reception staff pleasant and efficient. We did not have breakfast or dinner at the hotel so cannot comment. The service at the outside bar late evening was rather slow. We had both the best & worst cocktails at this bar but to be fair the bar manager dealt with the problem well and to our satisfaction. The wi-fi in the room was a bit temperamental but good in the foyer area. All in all a pleasant experience.
Good location tucked on side street at end of busy riverside close to bars and restaurants. Room was on small side. Only mirror was over sink in badly lit bathroom - woud have been nice to have full length on wardrobe door. Breakfast OK - buffet style with complicated coffee machine most guests struggled to use until given instructions by bar staff!
A nice budget hotel not too far from the town centre. You will need to either be prepared to walk for 20 minutes or catch the tram into town. The tram stop is about 50 metres away. On the walking route into town you pass the train station and the solidarity museum. There are also plenty of ATMs on the way in. The hotel offers to hire bicycles, but we didn't use this facility.
On the southern edge of Gdansk Bay right on the Baltic Sea, Gdansk is known as the capital of Pomerania. To get an idea of the history of this city, visitors just need to look at the Town Hall standing proudly against the skyline of the Old Town. The painted houses along the Royal Way, the Green Gate, and the Four Quarters Fountain will do the rest.
