We are very sorry for the inconvenience but the outside noise sometimes cannot be avoided in the central location like ours but we do provide earplugs in each of our superior rooms. As far as I am informed the receptionist called the police and that was all that we could do in this situation. Unfortunately, there was no option for room change as the hotel was fully booked.
