Rooms were clean we stayed 4 days and each morning they came in removed garbage rach day and brought in new towels each day. Nice having the in room outdoor balcony with hotel provided seating. Small but decent breakfast. An indoor and outdoor pool and fire pit area.

Air condition didn’t work properly I had to get up every hour in the night to reset it. Water pressure was terrible, it was nearly impossible to shower. Staff were nice but would not stay here again. The two things I mentioned are big things for me and it was the worst qualities of this place. Outdoor pool was still closed for winter but I used the indoor pool and spa. The pool chemicals were out of balance and the water felt sticky. The spa was foamy and looked like someone had put soap in it but it was just dirty. I also read other people’s comments about the same issue after I seen it.

The location is remarkable but unfortunately, it comes at a price because the facility is not kept up and it is very noisy. I asked to be in a room without an adjoining door in the middle and my requests were not even considered even though my reservation was confirmed a month in advanced. The noise and sound traveled through that door. I could hear the folks in the other room snoring, puking, coughing, etc.

Our stay was very nice. Staff, especially Gail, were extremely helpful and pleasant. Our room was clean. No problem with parking. Very convenient to places to eat and some shopping. We will stay there again!

It’s a little bit older but has clean and friendly atmosphere. Very conveniently located. No waffles, but a nice country breakfast including biscuits and gravy and eggs.

this was the second time to stay at the lodge this year. we were just there in oct. rooms are clean and bathroom is clean and well stocked. It is convenient to most places. It is a little loud at times. Walls are not well insulated. All in all I will stay there again, probably before the year is out.

An absolutely great value. The rooms are very clean, breakfast is provided and the staff in the lobby and breakfast area are so helpful and polite. They have a great indoor pool/spa and fire pit to relax at after a fun day of exploring the area.

Dirty and heater was hanging off the wall. Fridge stunk so bad we couldn’t even use it. Pull out bed was terrible. Do not recommend at all, horrible!

The have a indoor pool area but to get to it you have to walk pretty far from the room you're in. We had to take 2 elevators and walk down 4 hallways which were all outside so it was very cold walking back to our room from the pool. The room and property grounds were well maintained. The TVs are not smart TVs so can't stream anything on them you're stuck watching whatever happens to be on cable.

Parking area was great . Sitting on the terrace, watching traffic and making plans for the day was wonderful. Breakfast was amazing. Spacious room and staff was friendly. I was very pleased with Vacation Lodge.

Failed to clean the room after a second night. Pool area was nice but had to walk outside to get to the pool. Also no towels were located in the pool. Had to walk back to front desk to get towels and return them to front desk. This was very inconvenient as the front desk is quite a walk from the pool.

First of all, we have stayed here before and never had any problems. We waited until just after 4 to check in, as check-in time was 4:00pm. When we got to our room: #1 it was a handicap room. We did not request a handicap room. #2 there was no balcony. My itinerary clearly stated: Standard room, 2 queen beds, balcony. #3, the room looked clean, however it also looked like a converted storage area. There were no chairs except a recliner with a stain in the seat that looked like it had been wet in. There were tiny bugs in the bathroom. No, I did not complain due to the fact that my Hubby is a "keep the peace" soul. This was his spur of the moment Birthday trip. When I reserved our room, there were still plenty of rooms left, according to the website. I feel like as an older couple we were maybe taken advantage of. Hubby or no Hubby I do not plan on staying there again..

The woman at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly. Large rooms, SUPER clean. Comfortable beds. Only minor complaints I have would be renovations were being done on the rooms next to us, and they started early in the morning, which left us unable to sleep in. There was also a lot of equipment and tools all over in front of our walkway.I would've liked to have had a room farther from the ongoing renovations. Had to pay to use the ice machine (50 cents to fill the ice bucket), which was odd to me.

Got the Junior Suite in the newer addition, room was great and clean. I would suggest another heating unit for the other side of the room. But that's really the only complaint. Checking in was easy and staff was great!

It was an average stay. Was there 5 nights and the floors were never swept during my stay. No Ice machine on the floor where I stayed. Sign for hot tub stated weekend hours open til 10:00 PM but was told that didn’t include Sunday. Also was made to get out of the hot tub on Tuesday at 8:00 PM because there was not enough people there to keep it open til 9:00 PM. Then on Wednesday we went to get in the pool and hot tub both had been drained for maintenance. No one ever mentioned this to us. Very disappointed

Early morning chatter
Everything was great, but was awakened too early by the workers in the hallway between the office and my room. 126 bottom floor. Maybe don't let the workers congregate there early in the morning. Also could hear the laundry room behind room 126 bottom floor. Other than that, great.
