Condo style so have a room to "get away from the wild kids that are hyped up". Really dont have to leave for the kids to have a good time just staying put provides plenty for them to do.

Great location and lots of activities on site. The indoor pool area splash pad flooring was coming apart and looked really bad, and that was one of the few spots my 2 year old could go in that area.

I gave this property 3 stars because my 5 year old had a great time with the pool area. Check-in was quick enough even though the place is understaffed. The whole building smells. We stayed in a 1 bedroom "deluxe" condo which was not very clean. The room had a pullout couch bed that didnt have linens for it, bedside table had something white spilled on it and wasn't clean, jacuzzi tub has mold along the grout and in the jets so we didnt even use it, elevator was malfunctioning and smelled terrible, most vending machines are broken, the ones that work were sold out, the indoor pool water was grey, my rooms balcony had spits on the wall where people had put out their cigarettes and wasnt cleaned, the rooms HVAC was very loud and hard to sleep with turned on, anybody can walk into the building and use the pool, in-suite washer and dryer are very old and make clothes smell nasty. Theres alot wrong with the place and they shouldnt charge what they do. We looked on zillow and realized our unit sold to someone a few months ago. Likely a time share. This place is under-staffed and lacking maintenance on basic things. There are much better options in the area.

Bathroom Towels (we had them nicely piled on the bathroom floor) removed until day 4 and beds were never made. We never had a do not disturb sign up either. None of the vending machines worked. Bathrooms need to be cleaned better. TV wouldn’t connect to the internet therefore Netflix etc wouldn’t work. They might as well not advertise an Exercise room bc it had minimal equipment. Bands to get in and out of the room are cheaply made. We literally had to change our kids bands every day, some days more the once. They were not cut or anything either. Resort should really consider a different company to make them I’m sure they spend a lot in replacement, not to mention the inconvenience to customers having to wait in line every time. No on site eating facilities or vending machines that actually work which is a pain. Who wants to go to the pool and not be able to take snacks and have zero ability to buy food, drinks etc Wasn’t impressed with the facilities for the cost compared to others we considered. Next time we’ll do Wilderness or Great Wolf both have eating facilities etc. Pool staff was great and kids enjoyed the scavenger hunt.

First visit to this resort. Just came back today. It was just ok compared to some really nice resorts I’ve been. Heated outdoor pool is cold, heated indoor pool is cold, indoor kids pools cold all the water is cold and barely usable, I was hoping to swim with my kids but all the adults stayed out due to being so cold and only crazy kids swimming and they made do lol. Activities were lame and not many at all and way overpriced for what it was compared to others. More like a hotel with a few extras instead of a resort. We will not book here again, did not hate it but did not love it for sure! all staff was nice and helpful. Rooms were clean for most part, beds uncomfortable. They have great reviews online so I’m surprised by all of this but if you been to other resorts and have this to compare to then you would relate. So much could improve!

Booked this location for room size and Indoor pool. Room size was great, was not aware that if you wanted your room cleaned you needed to pay for a “housekeeping fee”. Indoor pool not so great. Read description carefully! Indoor pool not heated but instead in a temperature controlled room. What you get is a toddler area that’s to cold for a toddler to swim in while the parent can barely stand the heat of the pool area with the chlorine smell being very overwhelming. Outside pool area is great if it’s warm enough to swim in.

We enjoyed the property for our third year in a row, especially that there wasnt as large of a crowd as usual, and the children's activities and helpers were fantastic. However, the housekeeping was not the best, as we had trash piling up for a few days, and they did not fill up our soaps and lotion dispensers. We might be back next year. Also, the remote in the bedroom stopped working, and we could not get it to operate the rest of the trip.

This is the second time I have stayed here and like it alot for grandchildren. The only thing i think they need to make changes on is there bathroom. I slipped when trying to get in and took a bad fall. They need slip mats or security bars to make sure it's safe

The reason that I gave 2 star was because the indoor pool was not standard in any aspect . The yellow water slide was uneven and I bruised my left arm . That hurt a lot that made the trip unpleasant. In other aspects the hotel was great, clean spacious and quite. However the water slide can be dangerous for younger kids and it needs to be addressed.

Check in was seamless. Front desk personnel were pleasant and friendly. My suite was spacious and the bunk beds worked perfectly for kids. We appreciated the schedule of activities for kids and most importantly, the indoor waterpark. Shout out to Logan, one of the activity specialists! Logan exhibited patience, relatability, and a wonderful personality. We hope to see Logan again, when we return.

We stayed here 3/2-3/5 for our son’s birthday and we will definitely stay again. You definitely need more than a full two day stay to enjoy all of the amenities. Pros of the resort and room are how close it is to the main strip and parkway to get into the smokys or Gatlinburg, the amenities such as pools, build a bear, and their outside night time events, the staff were very pleasant and helpful anytime we had a question, the room is large and basically an apartment so you feel like your coming home after a day of exploring, and the shower water pressure is great! There was only 2 cons for us and that was the beds due to them being springs and hardly having a topper and the room having a few cosmetic imperfections from wear and tear. Overall we would give this resort 4.8 stars out of 5.
