Very limited and poor quality breakfast. Powdered eggs and rock hard biscuits. Coffee was poor quality. Rooms were clean but daily service only restocked towels. Beds were not made and rooms not cleaned. Rooms were very dated - not modern facility. I would not recommend nor stay here again.

Very busy area!! Stains in the sheets and hair on the pillows. Definitely could use a good cleaning. The street is a pain to drive up and down and there is SO much going on of the same stuff. Every time you turn around there’s an indoor race track. Just too busy for us

The stay was very good, but is an older property and could use some updating. For tge price was ok. Don't depend on the coffee it was not wirth drinking. Staff was polite and nice.

Our bed mattress was awful it so needs to be replaced immediately!!! Our room on 3rd floor with one elevator to far from my room. Temps low n frozen by time we got to our room we're in our 70's so can't run like the youngins! Staff could have been more pleasant they don't seem to be happy...maybe they need a raise, however Breakfast was awesome! I would grade ur place a low B. Would we stay there again "No" our backs not Happy!!!

Staff was super nice and helpful. The property is in need of major renovations. We paid only $50 less per night then the beautiful Margaritaville. We stayed between Christmas and New Year but not on the holidays. The room has holes in the bathroom walls, rust in the sink. Bedding has stains, carpet smells horrible. Staff was wonderful. We did not mention any of this as rooms were very limited and the holiday was approaching. We will not return until property is upgraded from the 80's. The stone fireplace was beautiful but smells of propane and the glass was in need of repairs so it won't close. This really could be a great place if renovated. We typically stay at a Cabin or Gatlinburg Margaritaville when in town. This was not worth $350 a night! Again, the staff was super friendly and went out of their way to help with internet issues.

Hotel was a good stay for the price. Rooms are well worn and in need to some refurbishment. Staff was very helpful and breakfast in the morning was great. Week between Christmas and New Year is crazy busy in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Will plan differently in the future.

The location was good and thats it. The hotel was outdated and too small for the prices. The bathrooms were small and the beds were hard. Linen was stained on pillows. The breakfast was cold and the coffe had sludge. Not worth the money, pay for a more expensive hotel for a better stay.

Price and staff were okay. Not overly friendly but did manage a smile at the front desk. I don’t recommend the 2nd floor. We had kids above us running races till late in the evening. Wife had to wear headphones and I had background noise playing on my iPad and we could still hear then. Walls and floors are not soundproof at all. otherwise it was well worth the price. Elevator worked, ice machine worked and the breakfast was pretty good. If you want to save some money it’s a good place to do that.

This property looks way better in pictures. Everything inside the room is about cica 1990s. The bed was TERRIBLE as well as the couch. Staff was mediocre at best and not helpful. Called front desk because the remote for the TV didn't work Friday and again Saturday with nothing done about it. Entire property just felt slumy. Would not recommend. Location on the parkway in Pigeon Forge was its only upside.

As per other comments, property is dated, but doable. Our room was well maintained and impeccable clean, and our beds were comfortable. They are enough complaints about the beds though, that I probably won’t return and take a chance on a bad bed. This breakfast area is incredible small, we took a rimmed cookie sheet to carry our breakfast up to our room. There is a permanent menu of scrambled eggs, sausage links, biscuits and gravy, waffles and all sorts of danish, toast, cerals. hard boiled eggs, yogart, fruit. Very nice. We felt we received a great value for our money with our room over Thanksgiving week, but feel the rooms could deteriorate quickly. This place could continue to be great with minor updates. Staff was very nice, and housekeeping seemed to take pride in their work. Kudos to them. The location is great. Very close to the transportation station. Save yourself the hassle of traffic, and expense of parking lots, $22-25, and take the trolleys. $3 a person for unlimited rides. Will return if I see reviews of new beds, but our stay as it was, was nice. Thank you staff!

We were so disappointed in this property. We have never experienced anything like this in our past travels. The property is older and the room was run down but appeared to be clean. However both beds were so broken with mattresses that were not usable that none of us were able to sleep. The mattresses were visibly ruined once we took the covers off so we know that the hotel staff was aware. We feel sure that anyone else that has stayed there in recent years also found the beds to be total trash. We will never take a chance with your company again. You cheated us out of money and a positive travel experience.
