This property is pet friendly and wheelchair accessible and includes full access to the Shagbark resort pool and all of its amenities. \*\*\*SPECIAL COVID-19 STATEMENT\*\*\* We always disinfect and clean ALL surfaces and floors in the cabin with virus killing agents. ALL bedding and linens (including bathroom rugs) are completely swapped out and changed between guests. The kitchen, appliances and bathrooms are ALL deep cleaned and sprayed with virus killing agents between guests. The game tables, pool sticks and balls are all wiped and sprayed, as well. We also disinfect all door knobs, light switches, cabinetry handles and appliances. This has always been our cleaning standard even before COVID-19 was a concern. The hot tub is drained and disinfected between guests and fresh water is added. The water is treated with bromine and we provide additional bromine for you to add as you use the hot tub to keep the water fresh and sanitized during your stay. We also keep Lysol, Clorox wipes and additional cleaning agents on site for you to use at your convenience during your stay. We hope that this helps address any concern you may have. Our family, including two teens and two pups, had a great stay in this cabin. The owners provided everything we needed and we were all so comfortable with the loft area for the kids and downstairs for the adults. The neighborhood had a lot of amenities too like basketball, pickleball, tennis, small dog park, games and a pool (too cold for us to try when we visited.) Everyone had something to do and we had a great time visiting the beautiful National Park, Dollywood, antique shops and restaurants. ##### Nicole W. We stayed at this cabin for 4 days and it was awesome! Leslie, the owner, was very responsive to texts. The cabin has just about everything you need and then some. It is very secluded up in the mountains, but also a very short drive into town where there is SO much entertainment. We enjoyed going in the hot tub every night and had 3 bear sightings! My 13 and 16 year old boys said that it ranked right up there as one of their favorite trips. I would definitely recommend! ##### Kim J. From check in to check out we were so amazed. The cabin was absolutely PERFECT and the attention to detail was impeccable. They provided every thing you could possibly think of towels, washcloths, toiletries and a sweet complimentary basket of goodies, snacks, and wine. The game room was our favorite spot. The pool table the games the tvs the porch and clean hot tub. They even have dog bowl and a leash if you need one. This is how cabins should be. So clean and so nice. Thank you. ##### kelly b. Home away from home If you are thinking of staying here and not sure book now you will not be disappointed! As soon as we went in the cabin felt like home it was so welcoming and if you forgot something don't worry the owners have it available there. From the beginning the owner was very informative and communicated with us the whole time. We enjoyed the house so much we spent several days just enjoying our vacation there. My family of 6 decided to take a trip to Pigeon Forge for a mini vacation. We did Dollywood 2 days and absolutely loved this cabin. It was perfect for our family: 4 kids and two adults. The ONLY tiny difficulty was the location of the cabin. We loved being so far up the mountain, away from everything, but that also brought LONG car rides anywhere we went. We saw six bears during our stay, and our 12-year-old son loved the game room and pickleball courts. It is close enough to everything while being away from tourist scene. The resort has pickleball, basketball, tennis, and a pool close by as well as a beautiful creek and lots of bear sightings. The cabin had everything we needed and more. Lots of good memories were made. The beds and seating were all comfy, and everything was clean. We also liked that the bedrooms were on first floor with a full bathroom for my 76-year-old mother. I was very impressed with the cabin. Separate game room is a plus, so you donā€™t disturb others trying to watch tv. Level entry. Tons of cards and board games. Shagbark is a nice area. Iā€™ve never stayed in a more stocked vacation homeā€¦ they had everything we could need from gems to bug spray to sandwich baggies. My 7 and 9 year old were never bored thanks to all the activities available at the cabin. We saw MANY bears. Holy smokes I was not expecting so many close encounters!!!
