As soon as I entered the office, the desk clerk (who was dressed very unprofessional) asked if that was my trailer . I said yes and she told me, no trailers are allowed. It’s posted all over her website. And perhaps I should try to park at McDonald’s. McDonald’s manager was awesome, no questions. She must have seen my frustration and exhaustion on my face. When I went back to the hotel office, I said to the rude clerk, that we couldn’t find anywhere that it was posted about the trailer other than her sign on her front counter. She proceeded to look and I gave up on waiting for her to find this so called “no trailers” My bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable and definitely will not be returning there. The morning breakfast was okay … nothing too special. Definitely will look for another place before returning here.

Had to run the shower 15 minutes before the water got warm and there was a split in the tub that moved when you stepped on it. The room was pretty clean nut had an odor. The exterior of the building, the elevator and parking lot were worn and dirty. The breakfast was good and convenient.

The staff was very nice. The rooms were cleaned daily. our rooms smelled great. the only thing was the bathroom shower did not have good pressure and it took a few minutes to get to our room. we had a bottom floor and never herd any outside noises or any one upstairs from us or beside us. Will stay here again.

I arrived around 12:30pm and said I would like to check in. The clerk said "Check-in is not until 3:00" I said "Is there anyway I can check in early?" The clerk replied "We don't do early check-ins". Those were exact quotes. I understand the concept, but there was no smile, and no pleasantries. The first room I got smelled terrible, chair was stained, sink was worn, and the tub/shower had been painted, but the paint was peeling off. I asked for a different room and the conditions were the same, along with veneer peeling off the entertainment center. The smell was slightly less strong, and I had to stay in the area so I just stayed. I purchased $18.00 worth of air fresheners, and never touched my bare feet to the floor. The bed was apparently clean, though ..I hope, anyway. If a decent bed is all you desire, this is the place for you.
