Very clean cabin with lots of room and lovely porches! We loved the location, it was very easy to get down to the strip in Gatlinburg or hop over to Pigeon Forge. The hot tub was lovely, kitchen was stocked nicely with pots, pans, knives, etc. the beds were super comfortable and we all slept great!! A few items that didn’t live up to the hype or maybe just need a little attention: the basement TV appeared like the screen was beginning to go out (dark spot over half of the screen), the pacman machines screen also seemed like it was on its way out, the pool cues need new tips, one of the washers was dirty and had an awful smell, the chairs at the dining room table were beautiful but very uncomfortable. We rented this cabin for a long weekend girls trip, it comfortably slept 8 of us with additional beds throughout (2 queen bunks in loft, additional day bed on 1st floor) The cabin was very well equipped and less that 15 minutes from the strip in Gatlinburg, the closest store was only minutes away. The setting was perfect as other cabins are around but there’s a lot of woods and foliage to give you privacy. I was concerned about the size from the front of the cabin, but when you walk in you are pleasantly surprised as the cabin is HUGE! Decks on all 3 floors with rocking chairs on each. We will definitely be renting this place again! ##### Tara A. Plenty of space for all of us. The house was in a wonderful location and had everything you needed for your stay. We enjoyed seeing the bears the most. The beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean and even had shampoo conditioner and soap. The family enjoyed the hot tub and we were super Thankful for two sets of washers and dryers. They even provided laundry detergent. Everything was. Very thoughtful. We didn’t realize that it was the same weekend as the Pigeon Forge Hot Rod event. Both were fun! The cabin was a great size for the nine of us with plenty of room. Each master has a king bed, cozy fireplace and bath! The upstairs loft area is bigger than it looks. It was percent for our teenagers. Not too strep of a drive to get up and down from cabin which we appreciate. And because it’s on the end of street we had plenty of parking. I had plenty to of Wilson’s and host was great to get back to me. Community pool is walking distance but we didn’t walk because we were luck enough to see a few bears on our trip. Overall the cabin was very nice! Dining table was big enough for our eight adults. Three balconies on the backside facing woods were nice. King size beds were very comfortable and we all slept so well. Needed to have an extra chair or two in the main level living area. Website listed gas grill and fire pit but was told when I contacted the owner, there was no fire pit and only a charcoal grill (very small). Grilled out two nights and it was fine. It was perfect for our active family including our dog. You are in the woods and bears frequented our cabin almost daily, so be aware that you need to keep an eye out for them. That being said, getting views of a female and her 3 cubs (at a safe distance) was a once in a lifetime event for us. The cabin has a number of carpenter bees and some sort of wasps drilling holes in the outer walls. This needs to be addressed. The other issue is this house did not have automatic access to Gatlinburg Falls Resort community pool. ##### Deborah H. It started off rough because when we got there maintenance was there because the previous family froze the freezer out so we had no refrigerator the first 3 days of our trip. We were given three coolers and bags if ice. It beat a blank but could you imagine 6 kids with no refrigerator it was rough. The second day we came back to a man fixing attempting to fix the refrigerator, and I felt a way about that because no one communicated that someone was coming in the unit and when, so we came back to him, after a while i told him to leave because we was trying to eat from being out a long time. They gave me 100 back which i felt should of been more because food I bought got ruined by the water in the cooler but i just left it alone and tried to enjoy the trip. Also i loved the patios but couldn’t really enjoy because of the huge bee’s that was just hanging out with us evert time we came out so we went back in. Other than that the cabin was great, but spending a lil over 2000 i wish the refrigerator worked cus we soent way too mich in food. ##### Marissa H. We had a small issue which maintenance took care of promptly. The cabin is well stocked especially in the kitchen. There is parking for 4 vehicles. We had 9 adults, 1 teenager and 1 child. and there were 3 bunk beds that we did not even use. We stayed 8 nights. The living room has enough seating (sofa and chairs) for 6 adults, We had to supplement with bag chairs and chairs from the kitchen table. Suggestions for improvements: Although the kitchen table had plenty of room for everyone, the kitchen chairs (which are pretty) are not comfortable to sit on for any length of time and we suggest that you replace them with something more comfortable. Another suggestion for improvement: The stools for the kitchen counter are too tall and difficult for an average adult to get up on. I would suggest that they too are replaced with a more suitable stool. ##### Randall S. We even had a bear come up to the cabin 2 nights, which was way cool (after being a little scared at first). Couple of recommendations from our group of 11 (10 adults & 1 infant). There were plenty of towels, blankets & beds. All but 1 bed were comfortable. The one in the basement needs replaced. It was like sleeping in a divot.The large dining table looks super cool but the chairs are the most uncomfortable chairs ever! A few people sat on a cooler instead of the chair because they are so small & hurt your tailbone. The tall barstools were a lot more comfortable than the table chairs.It would be nice if there was more seating in the family area. Maybe 2 couches or a sectional with a couple of chairs. Something to accommodate the amount of people that can stay there. We had to call maintenance because there wasn’t hot water. Maintenance was very responsive and come to find out they had flipped a breaker off earlier and forgot to flip it back on. He walked us through flipping it back on and we had hot water right away.
