It was a great location to get anywhere in the area including downtown Gatlinburg, pigeon forge and the National Park for hiking. The house is beautiful inside and out. Our girls vacation was fun. The view is great from the front porch. We even had a breakfast guest our 2nd morning. A juvenile bear walked the railing. Beautiful views and room for the whole family. We did see bears on the way to the chalet 3 nights, and we wanted to.
