"It was a nice experience got bed great hottub just great all around. The only complaint is we were told the cafe would be open daily 7 to 2. It wasn't. We were there Monday Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday morning it was never open. Getting breakfast in Gatlinburg is an act of Congress you wait half your day waiting in line to get in anywhere. I was hoping the hotel would of had something and they had nothing other than that it was a great stay."

"Check in is at another location and was very confusing. Resort is very outdated and run down. No hot water first night due to boiler issues. Loud jack hammering woke everyone up on first morning from construction work on bottom floor. Beds were pretty comfy. If updated and fixed up, could be a pretty nice location."
