The staff and workers were good but the the cleanliness of the rooms was horrible. I switched rooms 3 times during my stay and the manager did I would get a discount but in the end when it came to checkout I got nothing! I will never stay there again, not will I recommend to anyone! Traumatizing stay I endured.

The place is amazing , the rooms need love , we had to be changed because air conditioning didn’t work and no plug for the bath , we had a two night stay and the hotel ran out of towels

Older hotel, loby looks lovely but room was shabby, with old tatered furniture. Hallway carpet was dirty, furniture disarayed and damaged walls.

It was a great location. It was about a 15 minute drive to Nordik spa and a short walk to the casino.

The pictures are not representative of the property. The whole hotel smelled vaguely of moisture, and the carpets and walls in the halls were dirty. The room was extremely dimly lit - I could not put my makeup on in the bathroom, so had to do that in the car! I tried to turn on a lamp in the corner of the room, only to discover there was no light bulb. When I tried to call the front desk to ask about getting a light bulb, I realized the phone did not work. he phone did not work, and there were cobwebs by the door of my room. Adding insult to injury, I could not control the temperature in my room, so roasted the entire night. Will definitely not be returning.

First of all, no room cleaning was provided even after I have requested them!! I stayed there for 3 nights with out room cleaning service. TV in the room is a smart tv actually but all the options are disabled on it!! Strange that it does not have the option to connect to wifi… and the guy in the reception has lot of attitude in answering the guests. Do not recommend this place!!!

Where do we start? The customer service and front desk staff were less than helpful. The room was disgusting. There was soap scum in the tub, dust over the bed, dirty sheets, the blow dryer didn’t work and the shower head was barely hanging on the wall. We decided to leave after the second day . My boyfriend accidentally left his clothes in the closet. We called and first I was told that cleaning staff had left and we’d have to call back the next day. My boyfriend called back. The gentleman was extremely rude and asked what the problem was now and gave him a difficult time. The hotel was under renovation, there was no where to buy a drink and when we asked for clean sheets the housekeepers only came in and remade the bed with the dirty sheets. We will never stay here again.

The room we stayed in was NOT cleaned, they barely made the beds, DEFINITELY DID NOT change the sheets and because of that both our beds had TICKS in them!!! One person got bit by one and it got stock in his chest, which caused the rest of our evening to run from a pharmacy to another to know what to do since that was the first time we encounter such a situation! It was a horrible situation and the night shift staff barely cared, even said he wasn’t sure it’s even from the hotel room. We had to go back to our room and we found others pretty easily, took pictures to show him. What really traumatized us even more is that IT WAS NOT AN ISOLATED SITUATION!!! The day manager confirmed that a week prior the same thing happened with other clients and nothing was done to resolve the cleaning problem this hotel has!

I wish. There was a way to connect the Xbox to the Internet and being able to watch TV show true Xbox because I don't like watching cable tv it pretty basic and most of the shows on TV are extremely boring so my. Advice is to have Ethernet box to plug the Xbox and or PlayStation any gaming concel to have a diverse entertainment

was great being close to the casino and room was nice. only complaint was that there was a bit of mold in the bathroom and our jets in the tub didn’t work also none of the ice machines were working other then that the staff was great and beds were very comfortable i would definitely stay here again

Our room was dirty, long hair in the bath tub, something sticky on the toilet paper and a ball of hair floating in the room. Also the coffee machine wasn’t working. This is our first bad experience at this hotel. When we brought it up the following day to staff, we were told that we should have called the front desk to change rooms but it was late and we we’re exhausted. We were disappointed that we were not offered anything to compensate.

It’s an older hotel, but it’s a clean hotel. Rooms are spacious.Fast and eat check in and check out.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! THE WORST HOTEL IVE EVER BEEN TO! entire 3rd floor us a construction site..were doing work in tje middle of the night. No ice machine, NO CASINO in thus hotel ( only conference room called casino royal) rooms are NOT sound proof and heard screaming and moaning as we went down hallway to our room. Non of their jetted tubs worked. Staff weren't overly friendly. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! -10 STARS.
