The property was okay, but the elevator was horrible: 4 elevators, only 2 worked, which made it very difficult to get Back to your room. It would take about 20 minutes each round. The pool was small. It was also very difficult for Uber to find the parking garage.

The property is nice clean and close to strip and other shopping ateas.

The view was gorgeous at night with all the lights. We loved it! ~ Always Grateful. ~

Going through to the elevator in the Opal tower there was a resting area with furniture that definitely needs updating and cleaning. The coffee shop open at 4:30 closed at 1 pm. Just when you need a cup of coffee leaving one to Dunkin Donuts at almost $7 a regular coffee. The staff never told us that we should not even touch to take out the drinks in the fridge and replace with our water bottles. There is a charge for taking them out. You can request a refrigerator at $34 cost. Only had 2 wash cloths and two hand towels and towels for 4 people. Had to find nd housekeeping to get more. The bed was not comfortable. I felt like I was on a slant on the side of the bed. Didn’t use any pool nor other amenities and yet charged $59 x 3 for us three adults

Not even sure why we pay for amenities when they can’t even be utilized. Tried to go to the pool and every time it was packed. Only seats available were cabanas and no one is spending that type of money for a neighborhood hotel. Not to mention the pool staff were strict. My young daughter had to empty out her tumbler in front of them and we couldn’t even bring in a small bag of chips for her. Once again, this is a neighborhood hotel, not a rowdy strip hotel so have some respect for the locals that keep you guys surviving. Not to mention upon check in, I had to remind the front desk later that I’m a VIP with benefits. I shouldn’t have to remind them when it’s literally right there in their face. “Upgraded” room wasn’t available, but she ever so kindly (sarcasm) stuck me on the 7th floor instead of the 3rd. Once again, treat your locals with a little respect. She had to see my ID to see that I was local. For the room, my fridge was propped up on 2 wooden boards so it wouldn’t tip it over… still tipped over. Be for real Aliante. You guys have gone down hill.
