In just a few minutes' walk you can reach the Garmisch pedestrian zone with its many shops and shopping facilities. Despite its central location, the K4 is in a quiet residential area. Hiking trails, a bus stop, the Classic ski area, cross-country ski trails on Lake Riessersee and other sights can also be reached quickly and easily. The approximately 125 m² holiday home "K4" is a modern and exclusively furnished semi-detached house in a quiet location in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, which can accommodate up to 7 people. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living/dining room with a flat-screen TV and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with an induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and 2 coffee machines. There is also a guest toilet. On the first floor, there are 2 cozy bedrooms (each with a double bed) with a large, wraparound balcony facing south-southwest. This is furnished with comfortable seating so that you can relax and enjoy the fantastic view of the surrounding mountains. The spacious and modern bathroom with double sink, shower, bathtub, and toilet leaves nothing to be desired. A third bedroom with a double bed, sofa bed, and TV is located in the basement and has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. The south-facing terrace adjacent to the living room, with a gas grill and comfortable furniture, is sure to become one of your favorite places. The garden is completely fenced in, so even our little guests and their four-legged friends can play safely. A washing machine, ironing board and iron, as well as a high chair and a crib are also available. You can park your car right next to the house, and there is a lockable storage room for bicycles and skis. The quiet location in a residential area in the district of Garmisch is the perfect starting point for a variety of activities in every season: long walks, hikes, and mountain bike tours in the warm season, as well as unlimited skiing and snowboarding fun in winter: the "Garmisch Classic" and "Zugspitze" ski areas attract visitors with their varied slopes and unique impressions. Only about a 15-minute walk away, you will find various shopping opportunities, the tourist information office, the spa gardens, the casino, theater, and much more in the pedestrian zone of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet mit Parkplatz vor dem Haus - ins Zentrum von Garmisch sind es sehr wenige Fußminuten zu gehen. Das Haus ist neuwertig uns sehr hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die große Küche mit großen Wohnbereich war für uns als Familie perfekt für das gemütliche Zusammensein und für Spiele. Im Untergeschoß ist ein großes Schlafzimmer mit einem Bad, im Obergeschoß nochmals 2 Schlafzimmer mit einem großen Vollbad und einem schönen Balkon. Die Betten sind sehr gut und liebevoll bezogen. Vor dem Haus ist ein kleiner Garten, wo unser Hund auch mal die Hecke gießen konnte ... Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen. ##### Markus K. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet! Filter für die Kaffeemaschine, Tabs für die Spülmaschine, Müllbeutel usw. vorhanden. Handtücher und WC Papier liegen ebenfalls bereit. Das Schlafzimmer im UG mit eigener Dusche und WC ist ruhig und groß! Die zwei Schlafzimmer im OG mit Badezimmer sind sehr hellhörig und eines davon relativ klein mit wenig Ablagemöglichkeit. Die Betten sind sehr komfortabel. es gibt ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne sowie ein extra WC und ein weites Bad nur mit Dusche. Wir haben zu dritt hier Urlaub gemacht und hatten einen Hund dabei für den der eingezäunte Garten ein Traum war. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
