Close to metro and grocery store, 20 min to N D

Posted 25-Jul-2017
Pros: Price was decent, a small fridge, stove and microwave, free internet when was working....
Cons: The room is "frozen" in a 1982 decor and utilities. Some updates will be very appreciated.
Location: Nice location regarding metro, grocery store across street but also close to a fairly big intersection with a lot of horns, police sirens, scooters..
Convenient location regarding metro, grocery stores and 20 min walking to Notre Dame and Louvre....

Horrible Service

Posted 05-Mar-2017 on Hotels
While this hotel was overall clean and nicely kept, the issue we had was with the staff. There was absolutely no instruction on how to check in, which normally wouldn't be an issue except for the fact that this hotel has no front desk or main entrance, and we almost could not figure out how to make it to our room. The check in is at a restaurant beneath the hotel, which is very clearly the number one priority of the owners. We had several issues with the staff, who continuously brushed us off to perform restaurant-related duties. On several occasions, the Wifi broke, which was the only means by which we had to communicate with our families. Telling the staff this, they simply shrugged and said that there was nothing they could do about it. We were treated quite rudely and with complete indifference. Furthermore, one of the reasons we had initially booked the hotel was due to the fact that it had listed that the staff was multilingual, which would have been very beneficial in terms of getting around and figuring out what we should do during our time in Paris. However, this staff was in no way multilingual - they only spoke French and made no effort to understand us in anyway. I would not recommend staying here - it was very frustrating and made the stay much more stressful than it should have been.

Nice hotel near accessible to Metro

Posted 13-Feb-2017
Pros: kitchenette and microwave, everyday house keeping.
Cons: i think u can improve by giving 24hrs reception service to the costumers.
Location: its just 0.7 miles walk from pampiduo center as well as 3 to 5 mnts metro ride to the famous Louvre museum and surrounding places.
we stayed here for 3nights,really liked the triple room with kitchenette and microwave as my kid doesn't eat outside food,we cooked some lite food here.even tough the room is not big enough but my overall experience is satisfactory as this is three minutes walk from the metro station.

Was a very nice place to stay in paris, had nearby facilities and a restaurant downstairs. Wasn't very close to the Strasbourg St Denis metro station and was overall a very nice stay

Nice Room, Questionable Staff

Posted 10-Nov-2016 on Hotels
The room was comfortable and convenient. We had two single beds for two single girls, a bathroom with hot water all the time and a kitchenette with fridge and stovetop. I didn't appreciate the housekeeping coming into our locked room while we were still in it. They did not knock! The hotel was hard to find because there was no sign distinguishing it. We eventually found that reception is inside a restaurant just beneath the hotel. We also had to wait over an hour to check in. We arrived at 12:00pm, which is the official check-in time, but were not checked-in until 1:00pm.

No internet, as they claim! No elevators

Posted 18-Oct-2016 on Hotels
The room was alright but limited space. They provided only old chipped dishes. No cabinets to put anything away. They don't come to clean your room or provide toilet paper, and the internet they provide is to slow, and it disconnects every few minutes. No elevators. You have to carry your own luggage up to the third floor. No one to help you do anything. No hotel lobby or desk, they only have a corner inside the restaurant. No clear signage for Résidence, very hard to find!!!!
