Room booking not fulfilled
Upon making the reservation, I selected a twin room, an option that was presented to me when booking. When I got to the hotel, my friend and I were told that they didn't have a twin room, and presented us with a tiny double bed in a very small room. When I queried this, I was told by the hotel that rooms are not guaranteed irrespective of whether I am booking a twin or double, and the room I am given is dependent on availability when checking in. This is completely unacceptable, why offer the choice of the room in the first place? When I asked to speak to the Hotel Manager, she refused to speak to me and said there was nothing she could do.
Although the hotel is in a good location, and is generally a nice hotel, the Manager and the room situation was completely displeasing.
