Good location for easy transfer from Eurostar. Hotel was clean and staff very accommodating on arrival. Area around was very noisy and the climate control was impossible to work without instructions, which were not in the room. Needed to open windows for ventilation but made the outside noise unbearable at times with difficulty in sleeping.

This hotel was wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful and went out their way to accommodate. Breakfast options were good. Though the bar is just the breakfast area, not a separate bar.

it's an amazing experience. Competitive price but deliver more than that. Receptionist is nice and don't miss the breakfast, it's great ! Just a few minutes walk from Near Gare du Nord station

A charming central Hotel

The staff was amazing and it's very close to the Gard du Nord train station. Even though that the room wasn't ready when I arrived it was OK because I was able to leave my luggage. When I came back I had found out that the staff brought my luggage up to my room. A very nice treat. The area is ideal for walking to a few different hotspots and near the metro. The staff were very helpful in setting up a car service for me to the airport upon my departure. I would highly recommend this place. Good food/drinks, free Wi-Fi, it has an elevator and in the room there was a blow dryer.

Unfortunately our room AC was not working v well during the night, so we had to open the window and the noise led for v uncomfortable night. However the friendliness of the staff, particularly Renee, during checkout helped make up for it. The hotel was decent value for money for where we were, very convenient for Gard de Nord and Gare D’est.

The staff is amazingly nice. The bedroom and bathroom could be cleaner (spiderwebs). Breakfast is perfect and generous. Otherwise it’s a very pleasant hotel

The location was very convenient. However, the hotel internet in the room wasn't very strong and at times unusable. You would need to either go to the lobby for internet or wait long periods.

I always stay in this hotel as everything is perfect! Staff is amazingly nice and pleasant. I got a Suite Junior while I was not supposed to. Great as always!

Room was small and not particularly attractive, but mostly good anyway. Clean and quiet. A/C didn’t get the room as cool as preferred, though it was turned all the way down. Management said they fixed it, but it still didn’t get really cool. But it was ok anyway. Breakfast was good. Hotel seems expensive, but it’s cheaper than others. People are very nice.

Outside noise, smoking are problems at this hotel
The air conditioning doesn't work, or the receptionist couldn't get someone to fix it ( we asked numerous times). The problem is the noise and smoking outside the hotel are extreme and thus the windows have to be closed. I like this hotel and would to rate it higher but it does not measure up to 4 stars.

I wish we had gotten the room in the picture! Our room was very small, the sink was in the shower. Not much room to move but it was clean my sister in laws room booked on same reservation was nicer.

Room was a bit small for the price and the spa access was unsatisfactory: steam room not working and sauna only accessible in the mornings when we wanted to be exploring the city. The courtyard was great and the location felt safe considering its proximity to the Gare Du Nord.

Lovely little hotel in a quiet street within walking distance of everything and anything one needs while staying here. Our room was just perfect. We were greeted by the most gracious host, wish I remembered his name. A quick walk to Gare du Nord station made traveling around Paris very easy. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

Our stay was for three nights. As we needed a room for three adults we booked a Junior Suite. Unfortunately on arrival we were allocated a double room with no space - we questioned this immediately but were told there were no junior suites available. The manager even tried to pass our room off as a Junior Suite even though the room was very clearly advertised as a double and not the room we had been led to believe we had booked. The manager explained he would look to see if we could change rooms the following day but we did not hear anything further. Overall it is a nice little hotel in an okay location but the room was way too cosy and we found the staff unfriendly and unhelpful.

sorry you did not appreciate the fittings and decorthe gym is free in the morning until 12.00, but charged in the afternoon and evening; it is clearly mentionned on our web site and on all booking OTAs

The front desk staff was very helpful. The room was cleaned to perfection each day. The room was very quiet, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, varied and delicious. The hotel is walking distance from Gare du Nord. Our only complaint was that the shower drained into the bathroom and then into the bedroom, if we weren't very careful (and really, even if we were). Design flaw on their part. We loved it, and would stay there again!!

The hotel is conveniently located to many cafés and restaurants. We enjoyed walking the city and found it to be an excellent location that was centrally located to several sites within walking distance. We would definitely return again to this location. The staff were extremely polite, helpful and very accommodating. The breakfast that was included with our stay was excellent and there was a good variety of choice.

It not the Ritz but it doesn’t cost what the Ritz costs either! For its category, a family vacation hotel where value is measured in satisfaction not how much it cost, this is a superb choice. Clean, attractive, pleasant, a very accommodating and friendly staff, it is a real value for the price. The area is not the most exciting in Paris, but if you are leaving or arriving by train into Gare d'Nord or Este, this hotel is extremely convenient. With Parisienne traffic what it is, the taxi to any major area can be pricey. You should consider the Underground or Uber and Lyft. BTW, our room was upgraded to a suite because we booked through Hotels.com!
