All of the staff we talked to were extremely kind and helpful. We had something sent to the room twice. Both times the items arrived within 10 minutes.
The room, which we paid $99 (after tax) to upgrade to, had a really great view of the lake, Navy Pier and Museum Campus. The room was updated. Even after setting the temperature to the lowest it could go, the heating/ac did not go lower than 70°F. The room was also a bit dirty in some spots: white spots on the bathroom door, dirty lampshades and very dirty windows. The bed and pillows were super comfortable!
Overall, it was a good experience. If our room was a little cleaner & the room got colder it would have been perfect!
