Dated, poorly maintained room.
Said to be a superior room!!! Damaged wallpaper, curtains hanging off, bathroom grouting dirty. Reception lady was nice and helpful but the room was horrible.

No kettle or tea /coffee facilities in room. But there was an area to make it when we asked. But not what we expected and we needed to fill a flask with hot water for our journey when we left and they made it a little difficult and eventually gave us a kettle to do it ourselves but in general a very good over night stay hotel with clean rooms and attentive staff

Older ... Tiny Rooms ..but basic for just a night
Room was clean but tiny ... we're travelling with two large suitcases and room was so small we had to stack them by the door as the room couldn't accommodate these size bags. I recommend to management to hang the TV on the wall and get rid of the desk allowing more room to move. Hotel was basic and clean for our 1 night stay, but I wouldn't want to stay more than the one night. Breakfast looked good but we had to leave early and couldn't enjoy it. Wifi was also very weak.

Hello. We thank you for your comment. Indeed comfort rooms are narrow when there are large suitcases. We take good of your suggestions for the renovation of the rooms that will take place soon. In order to enjoy a longer stay, we recommend testing our superior rooms.

Happy with the hotel and room although bed for one of our children was small - her feet were overhanging the end and she is not particularly tall!

You get what you paid for.
It was affordable, the place was near to everything but the apace was very tight. Our air conditioning does not work. However the parking was free and that was a big plus.

Highly recommended - Quiet spot close to train
Great place to stay. Location is excellent, out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to the good stuff and convenient to the train station. Staff extremely welcoming and super helpful. The only drawbacks are the shower head, which must be held by hand when showering.

Very friendly hotel
Upon arrival greeted by very helpful and friendly member of staff. Room clean and bed comfortable. Had a few enquiries about things in the local area and all were answered in excellent English and all our questions dealt with easily by knowledgeable staff member. Will definately stay there again as it is convenient and well priced.

Easy to find and close motorway.
Good price hotel. Staff friendly and efficient. Close to restaurants and food. Breakfast buffet over priced for cold food ( continental) only problem we had with the room was that the floor was too slippery for our dog. Bed large and comfortable. Hotel great for overnight stopovers

Welcoming staff helped with English map for us.
Near to bus stop so didn't need to take car into central Nimes. Also near park and ride. Hotel easy to find from peage as signed in hotel quarter. Good breakfast.

The hotel was very convenient for the motorway and very easy to find. The room was small and dated but more than adequate for a one night stay. The internet was a problem to acess as it would not let us log in and we had to go to reception for assistance. Lots of restaurants around for an evening meal with dscount vouchers in lobby for 2 in area. Would stay again if travelling through area.

Great hotel for the money. Helpful and patient staff, the hotel and the room were clean and updated. Everything worked, the bed was comfy and the area is relatively quite at night. There are a couple of good restaurants nearby for dinner, 2 minute walk. Can't go wrong with this hotel for the price.

Reasonable room rate
Nimes Ouest is like 15 minutes driving distance from city centre. The location is quite. Several restaurants are nearby. Carrefour is within 5 minutes walk. Room is large enough. Plenty of free parking slots. No lift is the only downside (if you have heavy baggages)

The room was small but clean. The area is quiet and there are trees outside the window. It's about a ten minute drive to the arena in Nimes. The TV has BBC and CNN. Good value for money.

Easy to get to but not close enough to the sites
This was a good, clean, well run commercial-traveler-style motel, and it had the room arrangements that we needed. Unfortunately it wasn't close enough to Nimes to walk and it was also inconvenient to public transport. Great for business people but not so good for tourists. The breakfast was very good but quite expensive.

Con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo, questo hotel della nota catena Kyriad, ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Un punto in meno è dato sicuramente dalla camera di dimensioni veramente troppo troppo piccole. Un plus invece sono stati letto molto comodo e soprattutto i cuscini, con un ampia scelta per tutti i gusti. Colazione nella norma anche se con una pecca per la poca scelta di frutta. Comodo il parcheggio. È a poca distanza dall'autostrada ed anche dal centro di Nimes.
