Great hotel in a beautiful city
Spent 5 nights here on a work trip. The hotel itself is excellent. It's clean, well maintained and the staff are brilliant. My room was a decent size, and very very comfortable. The food was very good and the room service prompt and courteous. Excellent hotel.

The service is amazing! The hotel is welcoming, elegant, and the staff incredibly helpful. Nimes is well worth visiting, and this is the way to do it.

We loved the hotel. The reception staff were excellent - particularly Clemence - and the arrangements for parking were also excellent. However the service for food in the bar area in the evening was slow and the choice of snacks was very limited.

Amazing property!!! General manager was checking on us every day!!! Super clean, modern. Got a welcome pastry in the room and violet refreshing drink as we checked in!! The drinks are out of this world!!!Amazing staff!!! our 13- and 16-years boys had so much fun in the pools. the complementary candies in the lobby were a big hit. had dinner in the restaurant- amazing!!!super convenient and quiet location. We will definitely stay here again when in the area!!!

Hotel L’Imperator Nîmes set high expectations and did not disappoint. We stayed there, dined there, and hosted a party there. The hotel staff executed very well in all regards. They also helped with dinner reservations, tours/trips, taxis, etc., and we used the outdoor pool and the indoor spa. It’s a great location for seeing the nearby Fountain Gardens, and the Coliseum is maybe a 10-minute walk. We only have one suggestion, and that would be to have a more responsive late night entry procedure for hotel guests to avoid standing outside for 20 minutes awaiting re-entry. We unreservedly recommend the property to travelers!

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at Mason Albar . Everything apart from the food was ok , Issues with room service food quality were there and they were resolved. But we couldn’t eat it . I suppose hospitality is suffering from lack of staff . But it is an overall beautiful property in an excellent location and Jerome the GM was very caring and attentive at all times. Thank you all.

It’s our second visit to this beautiful hotel. We have loved it as much. The pool is stunning, room very comfortable and staff is amazing. Also very central to visit Nîmes or find great restaurants nearby. Highly recommend.

Excellent location to walk to restaurants and shopping in center of Nimes. Completely renovated hotel with modern, elegant bathrooms, spacious bedrooms and such a friendly and helpful staff. Superb hair dryer, candy bar in lobby and beautiful place to be.

absolutely amazing hotel
This is an absolutely amazing hotel with classic fine service and great style, I have stayed at many 5 star hotels in Europe and North America, but nothing compares to Maison Albar Hotels L'Imperator.

Wonderful Hotel
This was an absolutely wonderful experience.The staff so helpful and nice. The lobby, bar and restaurant had fun decor relating to the history of hotel and area. Someday I want to return to Nimes and see a show at the Roman amphitheatre.

Staff molto gentile e premuroso. Hotel molto bello con un ristorante di altissimo livello. Difetti: piscine davvero troppo piccole. Colazione del mattino poco organizzata (il buffet all’esterno non era curato bene). In sostanza, per essere un 5 stelle, mancava di alcune cose fondamentali.
