The hotel really suited our needs however started out back with Hotel Staff and Room cleaning. We came in and the room was very hot (around 80) and humid. The air conditioner was off. The next day we were off touring from 0830-2100 and when we got back the room air conditioner was shut off (82 degrees in room) and maid did not come into clean, After conversation with main desk, we were upset because of poor English communications and trying to get at least clean towels. -- The next morning I talked to desk again and had person that spoke better English to got resolved. The only other complaint about hotel was the slowness of elevators
We read reviews to make sure to request a room in the corner, with double bed, on the higher floors and it somewhat worked out. We booked through the Secret Hotel deal, which wasn't much of a deal. Turned out we were in for a Standard, not Deluxe, although the staff put us on the Deluxe floor, so presumably an upgrade.
goog place to stay, the staffs are polite, well caring, the staff is not afraid to help you, the rooms are hold but cleane.
