Although the other place, Marbell, owned by Fermin M. was more luxurious, the AC was broken, and there was no wifi. This place delivered everything it promised, plus it had an elevator, which is important when you're on any floor beyond the 3rd, and it's super hot outside! The location was 1/2 a block from where the car traffic ended, so it was quieter. That was important this year because of the amount of motor scooter rentals honking late at night.
