UNPRECEDENTED SERVICE. Antonio at the front desk is a hero. I came to Milan all the way from Budapest to attempt to rescue a package as good as lost in the Italian Post. In case you don't know, the Italian Post has a pretty poor reputation for reliability. So odds were already against me, not to mention I can't speak Italian and needed to schedule an appointment with the Post to pick up my package by Linate airport.
Antonio called the office on my behalf 36 times over the course of a few hours to schedule the appointment for me. He did for me what I couldn't do for myself. This type of persistence goes way beyond the scope of professional expectations. Rather, it shines a light on his exceptional character, which reflects back on my hotel experience positively.
The hotel is about a 7 minute walk from Central Station. This makes it convenient for taking the Malpensa Express to Malpensa airport. The rooms and towels were clean. The WiFi was good.
Overall, a pleasant experience.
